我，这不是坑人么。
本来可以lock 180， 但是那时rate 还比较高，而且要价 0。25% 也就放弃了， 现在
来着一兆。 lender 同意我到外面找贷款，他们还给5000 closing help. 今天问了一
个，说是15years, 5.0% 并且交1% origination fee.
这种情况下怎么办？ 周一打算看看学校能否给做H1B premium 了。 |

unless you stay in this house at least half of your mortgage years.
Point is calculated on the loan amount right away. Rebate only applies to P&
I yearly.
For here, Chase has 4.25% (15year) rate plus 1.375 point; Another bank has 3
.95% (15 year) rate plus no point. I think the later is much better. That is
why I did not select Chase. |
