,1个大bath room,1个小bathroom.洗衣服，烘衣服的在地下室
大房间很大（跟一般apartment的dining room差不多大），还有一个外凸的小阳台 房
租253
小房间就是一般bedroom的大小，房租243
我们自己付电，气，网络，根据我在这住了4年的经验，就算夏天开空调，冬天开暖气
（因为现室友是老美，所以她们喜欢开空调，开暖气），每个月电气摊到每个人头上也
就40不到（如果都像我夏天不觉得热，冬天只在自己屋里用电暖气的话，会更便宜，估
计30就可以了）。
最近房东更新apartment,换了新的厨房地板，马上就会换新的客厅和走廊地毯
离giant eagle超市只有一条街，公车站几步路（61C,61D,64)，去学校和waterfront都
很方便

区环境非常好，有公交车有两个park和playground还有游泳池等等。我们因为买了
house所以sublease现在的这个townhouse。我们是从13年12月住进来的，所以东西都仍
然是新的。我们的lease是到2014年12月31号，1829/mos，之后可以续租。如果是
sublease的可以优惠。也可以现在就直接过户，但是价格是目前房东公司的价格。

finished basement ，有可能在那里弄出一个睡觉的地方的房子，好像这种房型，有时
候也不见得比第一种要不好住，甚至面积更大，而价格又便宜不少。。。
