作成果，但是最近非洲中部丛林发生的Windows 10升级突然启动，让非洲反盗猎工作者
面临生命危险。
根据在中非共和国保护野生动物打击偷猎者的Chinko项目成员透露，他们营地一台电脑
突然启动Windows 10升级，吃掉了他们租用的所有互联网带宽，并且下载了近6GB数据
，让他们无法和在野外执勤的反盗猎巡护员联系，无法通知他们当地的盗猎者动向，反
盗猎巡护员面临生命危险。
在Reddit上，Chinko项目成员用户zambuka42表示，他们上网是按MB付费，除了浪费了
他们大量上网费之外，还有可能让反盗猎巡护员因为无法及时互相通信协调，而死于武
装盗猎团伙手里，这笔帐要算到微软头上。
当然Chinko项目成员也承认，他们的电脑系统没有配置计量连接，即限制流量的连接，

备将来升级，然后买个1060 6GB + SSD，暂时就能对付了。用处，是学习人工智能的算

30th or they sell out.
$499 + tax + optional $30 shipping, or just pick up from the store if
stocked.
Core i3's tend to range closer to $600, and any laptop in those ranges would
only have 4GB of RAM. Tax makes it warm but it's a solid laptop.
