手里也正好拿到一个clinical trial 比较warfarin vs. rivaroxaban reversal的，
warfarin的reversal 也问题多多...
不管新的anti-coag多么好，对special populations，such as obesity, peds,
cancer patients的study缺乏，也不如warfarin用的时间长，还是有不少providers会
犹豫给这些病人用新的anti-coag的
版面上当然有不少做retail的，找到自己喜欢的最重要：）
