诉的argument的能力还是有待提高，从GRE的成绩可知，中国人写出来的argument分数
不算高
我估计中国队的申诉，比如自行车，先由领队写一篇中国的东西，然后叫文职翻译一下
就交过去，没有专门从argument的角度组织逻辑
还有当体制内申诉失败，通过体制外的体育仲裁法庭进行更有力的申诉，估计中国更加
缺乏这方面的经验和人员
当你玩洋人的游戏的时候，还是得通过洋人的逻辑来反驳和打击他们，除非你自己指定
规则
但是往往有中国人高官的组织，为了所谓避嫌，采取的措施可能厉害的限制和打压中国

authorship， review 和original contribution。 我的理解的这个两三页的公司的
letter就叫公司的letter，那个十几页的legal argument叫petitioner letter，不知
道我的理解有没有错？
另外一个问题是关于EB1-B公司提供三个researchers要写在公司的letter里面吗？还是
