finish his/her part, 等coauthor send the paper off... 当然我也有coauthors
super diligent。。。总之， 还是自己solo的paper,自己做主比较痛快。。。 |

. 每个人都有自己的优先集. 我从来不把自己的项目简单的认为是别人的优先项目. 在
一开始合作的时候, 就要交流好各方的日程和重视程度. 这一点应该在写论文的时候就
从自己导师那里学到了吧. 导师永远是慢的, 见不到的, 忘东西的, 但论文还是写出来
了, 导师还是经常有很大贡献的.
其实令一点就是不要害怕说我没有时间, 或者不要害怕告诉合作者需要等, 这样一来别
人才知道预期什么. 如果一方忙, 令一方完全可以多作些东西. 这是一个现值成本. 在
假设双方同等能力条件下, 成本低的一方多负责些是有效率的. 很久前看携程网的创业
野史, 四个人中只有一位在初期最有空, 那他做的就最多. 后来其他人才更多参与进来
.
当然, 特慢的也有, 我不会先忙别的吗. 一COAUTHOR都拖了四年了, 我的活都干完了,
他自己都不好意思了, 这不又积极上了.

。可是下次又是心软或者别的politics

我和LP已经买了Vermont Stratton/Okemo的season pass，打算今冬好好学一下。
我170cm/160lb，鞋US8，去年在VT killington 用的租的170的板子，最难的
绿道基本没问题，没上蓝道。
LP，163cm/120lb, 鞋US6.5。去年基本算第一次，租的140的板子，在一般绿道
犁式问题不大。
因为打算滑得比较多，租不合算，而且听说租的也不好。第一次买板子不想买太好的，
因为还完全没概念。我想等滑的有一定水平了才会知道自己想要什么板子。（我打网
球买网球拍的经验）
考虑到身材，现在的水平和一冬可能会进步很多，买什么样的才合适呢？需要买全套
器材，板，binding，鞋，杆。穿戴倒是都有了，也许在买个头盔？
在哪儿买比较好，新的现在这时候没什么打折的。旧的craiglist上有很多，但是
看起来真正能买的不多。Ebay上倒是有一些看着还行。Local（Boston地区，
Amherst周边）有没有什么好的店可以推荐？

小小，西牌亚牌用过不少洗面奶，基本都是清洁力好的比较刺激，温和的又都清洁力不
够。我在卸妆后用洗面奶的时候，通常会让洗面奶在脸上多停留几分钟，偶尔也按两下
，只有Purity是不管在脸上停留多久，都没有存在感的，并且尽到眼睛里也不会疼。其
他的有清洁力的洗面奶在脸上停留时间一长，就多多少少都会有点痒或痛的感觉。
至于 egyptian magic，我觉得他和普通的食用橄榄油肯定不是一回事。
他确实是用橄榄油
作base oil的，但是里面还有蜂王浆等成分，蜂王浆是天然的抗菌剂，并且有去处色素
的作用，所以其实很大一部分人用 egyptian magic不是用来保湿的，而是除痘祛痘印
的。
还有用来平复镇定不稳定的皮肤，比如很多人用来配合A酸来使用。
因为我除了保湿以外，没有其他这方面的需求，所以没有多介绍。但是搜一下就可以看
到很多这方面的对比和评价。

文件，以为一定稳操胜券。谁知在法庭上对方提供了一份复印件，是我从没见过的
Authorization of repairness,居然也有我的签名，在Beaureu of Auto repair 的文
件里也有这份文件，我认得签名是我签的另一份交租车者信息时签的，因为当时觉得不
太重要，所以没有要copy,对方移花接木，伪造了一份证据。我向法官指出，并质疑如
果是真的，为什么不能提供原件，而且对方花了两个月时间才把文件提供给Beaureu of

The first authoe is Aravos who is in UCSD.
His story on pseudo-gap is that it's a disordered state of the pseudo-spin.
This does not make much difference from the pre-formed pair schema.
They developed a so-called projected SO5 model(PSO5) in 1999 to consider
the effect of Mott gap.
My understand of SO5 theory is that it introduce the competing between

资格。通常要获得 Unemployment benefits，申请人需要符合以下三点要求：1. 申请
人被解雇的理由并不是因为其自身的问题 (through no fault of their own) ；2. 申
请人在工作期间获得所规定的薪水或工作时间才可以进行 Unemployment benefits的申
请； 3. 如果有合适的工作机会，申请人需要接受。对于外籍雇员他们必须有合法身份
