【看中国2017年2月1日讯】（看中国记者董林杉综合报导）这几日，中国资本市场上最
为神秘的“金融巨鳄”、“明天系”掌门人肖建华大年三十被抓回大陆消息被媒体曝光
后，引发广泛关注。有港媒发布独家消息称，肖建华夫妇一同被黑社会人员挟持回大陆
后，肖妻在深圳被释放回香港。英媒则发布四季酒店的监控视频显示，当天凌晨肖在女
贴身保镳簇拥下跟随一帮人离去，过程大致平静。
据知情人士向《苹果》披露肖建华被掳走内情，指香港黑社会背景人士代出头。于年三
十晚一批黑帮人士在香港某酒店擒住肖建华及其妻周虹文，押上车经皇岗口岸入内地。
众人抵达深圳后周虹文获释返港，她因担心丈夫安危，于翌日报警。有人得悉后警告肖
，要他致电妻“勿把事件闹大”，肖妻次日（1月29日）向警方销案，称丈夫已报平安。
英国《金融时报》1月31日引消息指，大年三十晚约深夜1点，5至6个穿白衣疑似大陆便
衣进入四季酒店，将肖夫妇及两名贴身保镖一起挟返回国。
报道称，四季酒店向香港警方提供了肖建华被带走时的监控录像，显示肖建华这位平日

随手找了一个世行的数据，是1960-1976年的。你也可以找出联合国的数据，用1950年
的数据替代1960年，结果一定是一样的，那就是中国人口增长人数最多。

本文最下面列了两组数据，第一组数据是1961-1978年世界各国GDP年增速的平均值，数
据来源是世行。中国年均GDP增幅是5.22%，在这104年个国家里排到44位，算是中上。
作为对比，同期世界各国GDP增幅平均为4.96%。
也就是说，在中国仍然搞计划经济的这18年里，在中国拿出大量人力物力财力开发大杀
器的时候，在中国大搞阶级斗争文化革命的这个年代里，中国经济增长速度依然是高于
世界大多数国家的。如果这样的经济也能被形容为“陷入经济崩溃边缘”，那岂不是全
世界大多数国家都已经掉悬崖里摔死几遍了？
再来看第二组数据，同样是世界银行的数据。选了1980-2008这28年。中国GDP年均增速
高达9.91%，是世界同期平均增速的近三倍，在全球所有国家里遥遥领先。所以说，改
革开放也不是说一片黑暗，光看这个数据就很喜人嘛，至少优于1961-1978年期间的表
现。所以说，批判改革开放的时候，也要承认改革开放的确是有成绩的。当然现在的突
出矛盾是，没有人要否认改开导致经济总量增长，只是对这个经济增长的代价巨大感到

China in 2015. Iraq will be 38 (Germany 22, France 23, Russia 25, US 29) in
2020.

*为估计值，第一个IQ是2002年数据，第二个IQ是2006年修订数据，中国2006年人均IQ达
到105，排名世界第五，美国的人均IQ为98，名列第33位，俄罗斯为97，名列第36位，而
印度目前只有82。IQ最高的国家是新加坡，平均108 。
从表中可见，排名前30位的国家和地区，除了加拿大、澳大利亚和新西兰自外，都
位于欧洲和东亚，而东亚国家和地区则占据了前10名之中的8个。在名次靠前的国家中，
既有非常发达的国家，也有像中国、朝鲜、蒙古这样经济和社会发展比较落后的国家，
可见人均IQ跟一个国家的经济社会发展水平并没有必然联系。

厄玛已致9死 所经海岛完全摧毁 路径诡异难预测(图)
飓风艾尔玛星期三继续在加勒比岛屿肆虐，当地出现危及到生命的五级风暴和洪水。目
前已经造成9人死亡。
美国国家飓风中心说，气象预报人员说，“极度危险的风暴中心”星期三经过圣马丁和
安圭拉、持续风力每小时高达185英里（295公里）。
法国政府说，在圣马丁岛的四座“最坚固”的建筑物被飓风摧毁。法国内务部长说，“
这意味着更多的当地建筑物可能已经不彻底或者部分摧毁。”
安圭拉政府说，岛上正在经历极端强风和特大暴雨。
新闻报道说，加勒比海岛Barbuda被“完全毁坏”，该国总理说，90%的住房垮塌。经济
损失达1.5亿美元。岛上的通讯系统被100%破坏。
气象预报说， “极其危险的风暴中心”也将经过维尔京群岛北部的部分地区。艾尔玛
飓风星期三夜间将波多黎各附近，并在星期四扫过多米尼加共和国海岸。
波多黎各总督敦促当地340万人到全境各地的460个飓风避难中心去，并且命令当地国民
卫队和警察开始撤离洪水危险地区的居民。截至星期三晚上，飓风中心没有直接经过波
多黎各，但是风暴依然造成80万人停电。

ship during a botched rescue attempt, panicking Somali pirates on board
