The problem is that I submitted notarized birth certificate, It's already
translated. why do they still ask for complete translation? In the notices
they do say the one that I submitted in both Chinese and in English. They
might be thinking the English part is extra information instead of
translation? Let me know if any of you heard this kind of RFE before?

况是，他们说收到了中英文的，然后还要完整的英文翻译，我就觉得很奇怪。 反正再
寄一份吧。

请问大家,我可以自己去city hall取吗?
通过mail request太慢了.要3-4星期.
自己取是不是当时就能拿到了呢,另外需要预约再去吗,还是直接去了,报名字就可以取
了呢.

2. 现在是BCBS的保险，上面写的maximum deductible是1000，那生产完之后是不是只
要1000呢？
3. 看网上说，birth delivery那天得带上car seat, diaper那些什么的？有些医院会
送这些写东西，有些不会。那在newton wellsely生产的那天要提前准备什么呢？

card到家里， 6-12周newborn的information会传到COUNTY RECORD DEPARTMENT的
database里面, 然后你才能够到county 网站上申请birth certificate， 同时pay
record APPLICATION FEE. cook county是起价$15, ADDITIONAL COPY $3. cook
county是不会有信寄到家里的。
不知道别的county是不是也是这样。 |

以温度低，排卵之后progesterone升高导致体温升高． birth control pill是抑制
estrogen的，所以可能导致体温增加．
顺便提一下，很多妇科中药其实都有升高estrogen的功效，所以我上一个IVF是一边吃
birth control pill一边吃中药，结果两者相冲，最后不得不取消IVF，所以姐妹们一
定要小心． |

lining要比较薄的原因。可他们说我只吃到做手术就可以了。现在我的手术是在
cycle day 15. 那也就是说我这个月18天就又要来一次period是么？是一停birth
