Does anyone have experience dealing with passing school bus ticket? The
school bus was on the opposite lane of the two-lane road with a turn lane.
On the turn lane was a police car and a car that just had the accident.
Anyway I kept driving until the cop stopped me and gave me this ticket. :-(
I later realize that I am required to go to the court. I may consult/hire a
lawyer and prepare for the worst. I would really appreciate you sharing the
insight or experience with me.

发帖数: 3482 | 8 现在俺正坐在休斯顿布什机场的VIP候机室，闲的没事写个换护照攻略吧。
飞机是早上7点的，到休斯顿是当地时间8点，有一个小时时差，飞行时间是2小时左右
。基本上在飞机上就是睡大觉，醒了也就差不多到了。
去之前研究了很久租车的问题，竟然发现当天早上租车，晚上还车竟然要收费极贵。去
了常见的几个网站，基本上最低报价都是80-120，这还没算上各种苛捐杂税。如果早上
租，第二天中午还，一天多一点时间，则每天15-18块，但是要被CHARGE 2天。算上税
费等，也要50-60。最可气的是，出租车公司不允许提前还车，提前要收15块钱的EARLY
RETURN FEE，而且据说费率还有可能被调整。真是道高一尺，魔高一丈。既然出租车
公司这么黑，咱闪。
另一个OPTION就是坐TAXI，研究了一下YELLOW CAB的RATE，IAH机场到大使馆，23英里
，算上15-20%的消费，没有$50-$60也是拿不下来的，而且这仅仅是单程。
最终，决定坐BUS。
好像目前网上还没有坐BUS的攻略，我就写写我的经历，版主送100个包子吧。

这个车站我朋友上下很多次了，但每次都为下车的问题头疼。你也知道美国的BUS你不
提前REQUEST，司机就不停车的。提前和司机打招呼对她这种不太熟悉路，英语也不太
好的人比较合适。而且最好是指着SCHEDULE上的站。
她不是要"transfer to NJ Transit"，是要回家。

这个，除非是很人少的地方。NJ大多地方，至少我朋友坐的沿线是不符合的。有人和我
说过，他们夜里坐车的时候想让司机沿途停车，被严词拒绝了，说停了车，被发现，自

牛奶。也考虑过自己开车去，然后晚上住hotel，这个可能比较累。所以选择坐bus去玩。

以一堵车就没办法不知道换条小路开。所以如果赶时间就不要坐这个，非常不准时。如

发帖数: 10422 | 44 没有周五晚上或周六凌晨出发。貌似周五休息是纽约华人巴士的行规。
匹兹堡——纽约巴士出发地点：116 Meyran Ave, Oakland。也就是 Meyran Ave 在
5th 和 Forbes 之间，马路西侧，有个候车室。玻璃上写着司机的手机号码。
全程 6.5 - 7 小时。听坐过的人说，为了赶时间，这种 bus 司机就像开飞机一样。
2006 年 9 月初曾发生过一起严重事故。开往匹兹堡方向的 Bus 在 I-376 west
Squirrel Hill 弯道上因大雨超速失控撞山，一人死亡多人重伤。PA state trooper
和急救车到现场抢救的时候发现居然没人会讲英语。。。
总之不建议乘坐。 |
