刚收到Chase的邮件（原文见如下附属内容），从今天开始J.P. Morgan发行的Ritz-
Carlton Rewards VISA卡有如下三个重要perk增强：
1. 报销airline incidental charges从$200变成了$300.
注：比起AMEX的Platinum卡，报销的方式不是自动trigger，而是打电话给信用卡的J.P
. Morgan客服，让他们添加statement credit。由于完全manual操作，所以权限可以很
大，虽然原则上必须是bill的airline但非机票（行李托运、飞机场吃喝等等）
2. 刷$7.5万(card member year)直接给Ritz-Carlton Rewards Platinum会员。以前是
第一年赠送Gold会员，第二年以后刷$1万给Gold。

upgrade到最好的套房——特殊suite中的最高端或者仅此高端
Hyatt的话往往会放在Chairman Suite/ Presidential suite，Ritz-Carlton的话会放
到Ritz-Carlton Suite。

year annual fee waived. The other one is 140k but not waived for the first
year. Considering you can get airline credit $200*2, both offers are
lucrative.
Not to mention you also get 3 upgrades RITZ-CARLTON CLUB® LEVEL per
year.
Public offers comes with 70k pts but not waived annual fee, $395, which is
not a choice for most of us I guess. |

个卡都开着也没问题。
2. 140K收$395比如70K免免费，只考虑首次补偿的话
3. 如果考虑长期持有该Ritz-Carlton卡，适合经常住Ritz酒店用club level upgrade
。或者经常住Marriott但又无法保持金卡会员。 |

上各个论坛赶紧作research,准备先买个victor或wilson,实在不行年底回国再找个好点
的。周日去我们local的SportAuthority,看到有Carlton Powerblade Titanium 59.99$
,感觉和以前的YONEX 97VF差不多，准备就下单了。
今天去了local另一家SportAuthority，却找到了仅有的一把Carlton Powerblade Tour
59.99$， 再用上10off50的胖子，加稅共54。 是不是也算一个deal呀？ |

Hyatt Courtesy Card主要指标就是要开会。自己得是Diamond member连续个3-5年
Diamond + 每年开几次会议就很有希望。
Ritz-Carlton似乎是针对CEO类，资产特别大的人物，当然也需要你在Marriott/Ritz-
Carlton每年有相当多的stay。
“管家”这个概念，在当今美国，尤其西海岸新富豪群中已经很少见。自己是富豪就应
该各个方面至少能take care基本基本的level，定酒店开会等等秘书只是帮忙安排，实
际操作人还是自己。完全不需要建立一个庞大臃肿的陡峭的阶级结构为自己打理，这是
落后无能效率低下的表现
但其他国家地方比较常见，有明确的分工，还是有管家这样的角色。
的确是给富豪，不是高富帅。只是要和Money版上不停吵架的屌丝们搞个对应。 |
