Ltd said it will buy game information portal 17173.com from search engine
firm Sohu for $162.5 million in cash.
As part of the deal, Sohu agreed not to compete with Changyou in the 17173
business for five years after the closing of the transaction, Changyou said.

Chinese online game developer Changyou.com Ltd. has agreed to buy a game
information website from majority shareholder Sohu.com Inc. SOHU +0.44% for
US$162.5 million, the companies said in a statement Tuesday.
The website, 17173.com, is a news provider and advertising medium for games
in China, the statement said. The transaction is expected to close in
December, according to the statement.

pwrd 4.5年积累的cash和目前market cap一样多，cyou需要6.5年. 而且俩公司目前都
有好几亿的cash, 股价不涨，cash追上目前market cap会提前2年，这个从投资角度看
是不可能的。
pwrd/cyou每年都差不多赚两亿美圆，不同是cyou最近几年都保持30%的成长，而pwrd相
对停滞。所以cyou还是好一些。cyou鹿鼎记不很成功是最近大跌的主要原因。cyou明年
还会出个斗破苍穹，这个是很热门的小说改编的，能否成功不好说，市场high两下总可
能的，呵呵

美国上市第一家，在NYSE IPO，不是问题很多的NASDAQ中概。CFO是Tom Gurnee，原是
SOHU的CFO，被聘到Xinyuan。
这是我唯一长期持有的中概。
有人说“too good to be true”，所以就不敢买，就变得even better，但它原本可以

的收入和利润可能有些水分。
2.Xinyuan的利润率在其同行业中是相当高的。它是中国最高效的房地产公司之一。而
其它有些大的房地产商利润更低，在一线城市更危险，而P/E却接进10.

，sohu机会还是不小的，只是价格到哪里真没人知道，sohu涨跌的都要有想象力。我希
望40-42能买到，可以相对无忧些，miss了就算了，越来越像烫手的山药了。
cyou重头游戏斗破苍穹5.16内测，想搞个激活码进去看看，不过貌似挺抢手，估计搞不
到了。胆子稍微大点买点cyou也行，反正现在也不贵，新游戏要出来，市场总要
speculate一下，上次鹿鼎记就是，后来发现失败就泄了。
