试了一下Iron chef morimoto 的店，乏善可陈，没啥出彩的地方。
8道菜的晚餐，基本上不能吃饱。
第一道，toro tartar
toro 碎里面混了点碎排差，上面加点鱼子酱，放在淡酱油里。我好像在iron chef 的
节目里见他做过。
吃起来非常一般，剁碎的toro没有质感，一点点鱼子酱，装门面，起不到挑味的作用，
陪的一颗杨梅还不错。
第二道，3个生蚝
三只小蚝，侍者没说是什么，应该是sister points.
三种调料，对亚洲食客来讲都不陌生，除了蚝很鲜之外，没啥好说的。
第三道，油泡白鱼
好像是白鱼的生鱼片，上浇热香油，热辣椒油，酱油，再点一点海胆。
实际效果很差，泡油鱼能好吃吗？
第四道，鱼生色拉
里面的鱼生水平很高，绝对高货。可是色拉是拿酸醋拌的，醋和生鱼不配呀。

很多人抱怨大片太多，其实小片也不少，特别是在小电影院里，经常有一些amc不放但
影评很高的电影，就看人有没有耐心去看了；毕竟一般来说，大片在电影院看才有感觉
，而小片过一段时间在家看也并没有什么差别。
当时看chef，再回头想想当初那料理鼠王，越发觉得那动画片的厉害，同样的在美食家
手里栽倒爬起。chef好就好在用上了社交网络和大众化的餐车三明治；整篇下来很流畅
，感觉完全可以就发生在身边。另外觉得三明治汉堡啥的，做的好的话，其实挺好吃的
。chef里的那个给面包片做了好几个特写，那也是我相当喜欢的一种料理方式，就像法
式早餐里的那个，两面包片加黄油煎一下，中间夹一片奶酪再煎，趁热吃。如果中间夹
的肉再是你直接吃就喜欢的，那这三明治就可以很合口味了。可以找当地卖各种腌肉的
地方，如果他们有卖三明治，那可以先试吃几种肉，然后选自己喜欢的做，可以很好吃 |

发帖数: 231 | 31 前两天去Chef Chen吃了一次，发现环境和吃的都很不错。火锅自助$13一个人，东西很
多，羊肉口感挺好，有养生，麻辣或者清汤锅底。养生锅和小肥羊的有一拼。火锅料也
做得很好。另外同时还可以吃buffet台的菜，种类不多，不能和专门的buffet店比，烤
肉串，海带丝还不错。老板好像是台湾人，服务很周到，不时来问要不要加东西。
Mill Creek是个好地方。就在Chef Chen边上有一个Central Market卖很多Organic的东
西，有点像Whole foods，可能更大，而且东西没有那么贵。边上还有Cold Stone和
Jamba juice是老婆的最爱。 |

workhorse of my kitchen, finding a Shun for under $100 is a deal, $81.18 is
