从South Colony Lake回来，觉得今夏的爬山计划已基本完成，准备专心看奥运了。正
当中美金牌大战进行得如火如荼的时候，好久不联系的山友W忽然给我发了条短信，说
他所有class 4的14er里只剩一个Little Bear了，找不到人同去，问我有没有胆子舍命
陪君子。
看到短信我愣了许久，Little Bear，Little Bear……这个绕不过去的家伙，终于还是
来了。两年前，曾和我一起爬过山的小朋友Kevin Hayne在Little Bear不幸遇难。

6月底，意大利北部Dolomites地区 - Lake Garda - Lake Como - Milan - Bologna
Dolomites是意大利东北部山区，Unesco world heritage site，算北Alps，山是种非
常特殊的岩石。因地处意，德，奥三国交界，那地方的人讲四国语言，英，意，德，
Ladin. 那一片有很多towns，冬天是德，奥人的滑雪圣地，所以很富，旅游业开发得非
常完善，缆车四通八达。我们去得那个town叫做Ortisei. 买了缆车的通票，走累了就
坐缆车，12个缆车都坐遍了。
飞机上邻座的住意大利的瑞士人给我们推荐Lake Garda说很nice, 之前没有研究，从

发帖数: 360 | 31 我推Lake Como。Como有一家餐馆龙虾面超级好吃。不过不要光在Como待着，要坐渡轮
去其他小镇。两天足够玩得很舒服，一天也可以走马观花。
小镇里Bellagio最出名，美国游客巨多，到处都是店，过于商业化了，我比较失望。另
一个小镇Varenna大概是Bellagio没商业化之前的样子，很美，gelato比Bellagio的好
吃。
另外Lenno的Villa del Balbianello值得去一下，无敌湖景，不光是拍星球大战的那个
露台，里面也值得进去参观一下，房子前主人很有意思，钱多得没处花，去了北极和珠
峰探险，去世时候没后代就把大房子捐给政府了，还捎带一笔维修基金。房子里一柜子
的唐三彩，比大都会展览的都多。整整一面墙的墨西哥玛雅文物，都是他偷偷从墨西哥
搞出来的，除了墨西哥城的人类博物馆其他地方没见过这么多的，惊呆了。 |

If talking about within walking distance, it has to be around the campus (
stadium village, as an example)
Most r not cheap if the quality & room size meets ur requirement.
If u r okay with 10mins bus ride, then u have a lot more choices.
