一、代理
综合旅行社或者综合网站
国际机票有一个很大特点是很多时候特价票是网上不能实时查出来的，无法像购买
国内机票时可以几乎百分百断定通过qunar.com 查出的最低价票是所有市面上的最低价
。一般情况下，大多数人都知道通过网站（包括航空公司的网站和比价网站）出来的国
际机票都会比线下的代理查出的价格贵不少（这点和买中国国内机票相反），所以找机
票代理几乎是想找便宜国际机票必走的一步。代理比网站直接买的另外一个好处便是你
可以让代理帮你个性化你的航线，如购买往返票，往返的城市都可以是不一样的，甚至
有时候中途转机城市的停留时间也可以让代理帮你留长一点，这样还可能可以出机场转
转。
广义的代理分为很多种，一种是线下的综合旅行社，比如中国国旅等。 第二种是
网路上的综合旅游网站，比如携程。 第三种是专门或专业从事国际机票业务的代理。

07年前，基本集中在消费和传统行业。当时如家和ctrip的成功让VC看到中国经济带动
的消费产业回报率大大高于科技项目，于是大量资金杀向服务业和有很强线下服务的电
子商务（比如真功夫快餐，红孩子，二度车等）。另外consumer internet(SNS),网游
， digital media, 教育培训等都很热。。
08年到现在，VC开始找有技术核心等不容易被复制的东西，基本上除消费和传统行业外
，以下开始有很多VC关注：

购，本文开 头的一幕就可能出现。
实际上，搜索引擎介入到旅游搜索已经不是什么新闻了，微软推出的Bing就已经有这个
功能，在Bing的英文版有一个旅游搜索的功能，通过与 Travelocity/Expdia/
PriceLine这些国际在线商旅巨头的合作，用户在Bing就可以直接搜索机票与酒店。除
了机票与酒店搜索， 还包括目的地等其它旅游信息的搜索。
占据国内搜索市场绝对份额的百度也不是吃干饭的，百度已经推出了一个开放搜索平台
，这个平台将其它网站指定的格式化数据纳入其搜索范围。换句话说， 只要航空公司
或者中航信给百度提供数据来源，百度可以摇身一变，变成一个旅游的垂直搜索引擎。
