评价：Strike King Sexy Dawg 在水面上呈比较平行的状态，跟Lucky Craft Sammy几
乎90度的水面姿态截然不同。这是我用过的WalkTheDog里面Z字步跨幅最大的饵，BB噪
音很大，不同于Zara Spook One Knock。我个人觉得One Knock的声音好。Sammy有跳水
点水的动态，Sexy Dawg是纯粹的水上漂，Easy To Work With. 这个饵不错，Finish不
抗操，用了一次就伤痕磊磊了，不过涂金涂银的饵都这个德行。无所谓的，有时候越有
磨损越是好用。

race，也就10k,抛砖引玉吧，谢谢！
Husky 是UW的标志，所以每年一度的UW社区群众健身长跑比赛也被命名为“Dawg Dash
”，翻译过来就是“冲啊，狗狗们”，连比赛的幼年组也被叫成“Husky Puppy run”
。这个event是我在8月底瞄上的，它的成人组分10kilometer run, 5kilometer run&
walk两个比赛，没啥说的，10k。当时训练成绩在52分左右，估算了一下，觉得一个半
月比赛成绩突击肯定能进50分，到48分以内应该没问题，但是觉得跑进45分戏不大。不
过这毕竟是我自初中校运会800米全校倒数第一这么多年后第一次跑比赛，我看了历史
成绩反正不会再是倒数第一了。
看了天气，这周末都是艳阳高照，报名并开始调整，参考了两个人去年的经验还参考了
路线图。最后一周周一easy run 5miles, 周三tempo 了一个10k, 47分54秒，按某人的
肾上腺素理论比赛能进46分了。周二，周四都是3miles easyrun+weight trainin |

DawgDash是我们学校 Homecoming的一个活动，我刚开始跑步的时候参加的第一个路跑
就是dawgdash的5K，所以还挺有感情的。这个比赛好玩的地方是允许带狗一起跑 (要不
怎么叫dawg dash)，所以能够看到各式各样的帅狗。比赛的气氛也就是大家参与着玩，
对于我这样的超慢型的人非常适合。
领号码的时候排在我后面的一位小兄弟跟我讨论了一下路线的坡度问题。我两年前跑过
这个10k，已经不太记得有什么大坡了，我觉得既然没有刻骨铭心的记忆，那就说明坡
度应该都不大，于是我非常误人子弟的告诉他好像没什么坡，后来在跑的过程中痛苦的
爬坡的时候，我估计那位小兄弟一定对我非常不满。
今天没有带表，所以跑步完全凭感觉了。礼拜五tempo run 5麦以后，这两天左腿的
hamgstring一直很紧，所以今天还是有一点担心受伤。但是这两个礼拜都一直在练耐力
，我觉得状态还行。我的目标就是一个小时跑完。
前1，2麦速度稍微控制了一下，3，4麦感觉有点费力，都是往高处跑。最后两麦pace快
了一点，也是因为都是下坡的原因。一路上风景很好，秋叶 |

能钓到几条大Wiper了，但还是硬着头皮去试一试。记得上次我是空军时，那位常见的

天又还是朦朦的，四处死静，有点压抑。今天不到6点抵达，以为能抢到好位置，可平

Acedemy狠心买了一个Strike King-KD Sexy Dawg和Xpress-H20 Pistol Minnow -Bone
,花了我15，6刀，以前搞不清楚别人用的topwater baits,买的都是swimming baits/
crankbaits(前部有个透明朔料小唇的),不能再水表跳跃的，所以从未有咬钩，花了不
少冤枉钱。
到了上游，怀着试一试的心理，先用朔料线和那个有个毛尾巴的Pistol Minnow在河水
急流旁各处甩了一阵子，终于有strike,势大力沉，大鱼来了，刚轻轻一拉，线就断了
，不但偷鱼不成，还蝕了一吧米，topwater bait被叼走了，很心疼。还好，还有一个
