发帖数: 24 | 1 最近订了1月中旬去西加勒比游轮的船票，接下来最需要准备的就是计划好Shore
Excursion了。
我们一家四口（两个小娃，分别是2岁4岁），所以对体力要求比较高的比如潜水滑翔伞
啥的就不考虑了。
自己做了一些功课，目前比较有意向的Shore Excursion有：
- Dolphin Encounter (Montego Bay或是Cozumel)
- Stingray Encounter (Grand Cayman)
- Submarine (Grand Cayman或是Cozumel)
我的问题是，
1. 1月中旬下水会不会太冷？尤其对于2岁小女孩。
2. 需要下水的项目(Dolphin Encounter和Stingray City) 带2岁小娃参加合适吗？
Excursion介绍说no minimum age limit，那就是在水里全程把小娃抱着？
3. Submarine会晃得厉害吗？要是很容易晕船我们也没法参加。

去的。Dreams本身就有 Dolphins. 所以 Dolphins encounter 就在楼下，很方便。每
天可以从楼上看见海豚游来游去的。儿子很喜欢。
即使是All Inclusive, 也要准备小费，不然服务不会很好，经常坐在那里没人服务。

发帖数: 982 | 5 圣诞新年长假和朋友去佛州Orlando玩，特别凑出一天去了party boat。Deep sea
fishing,早上8点到傍晚6点，10小时的时间其实大部分都在来回的路上。最后两个大男
人就带回来一条3磅左右的trigger fish，当晚在酒店condo里，朋友小心的去了皮，清
蒸红烧做了两份，消灭了，味道其实还不错。
鱼两人其实钓了不少，有超过30条半斤左右的white grunt和sea perch，还有些不够
size的Black sea bass和 Crevalle jack，嫌清理麻烦都放回去了。可惜一条大红鱼（
red or vermillion snapper）都没钓上，更别说Dolphin和Tuna了。不过看着别人拉上
来5－10磅的红鱼起来还是挺羡慕的。原因其实很简单，我们用的bait是船上提供的
squid和臭sardine，这些鱼根本没有兴趣。几乎所有的红鱼和dolphin只咬钓友自带的
活鱼fillet，就只有grunt疯狂的咬我们的squid。另外，船上的鱼杆鱼轮都很一般，鱼
线是很粗的monofilament，tackle和鱼钩也是最便宜的，一点也没有得 |

过多的abs腹肌练习对背的恢复确实没有好处。
要加强lower back，多作plank/dolphin plank。
yoga动作里面的child pose, mountain pose, cat/cow, bridge,
standing forward bend, downward facing dog，dolphin,
还有side angel, triangel都对strengthen lower back有好处。
网上找这些动作的教程很容易，你试试应该有帮助。
如果你有gym，那gym免费的group class一般都有yoga，推荐你去上，
上课前跟老师提一下你是新手，并且lower back不舒服，
老师会提醒你那些动作不要作。 |

1) if you are not a steelers fan or a steelers hater, you are just say 100%
sure dolphins recovered the ball.
2) as a steeler fan, to be honest, I'm just not 100% convinced the dolphins
recovered the ball.
and the ref did not follow up with the play to figure out who got the ball. just what if steelers recovered it?
the ref could have made the call the other way. but he didn't and i agree
the result certainly benefited the steelers. |

2017赛季，我拍第十二周迎战迈阿密大鱼，众球员火鸡吃得太多，纷纷缺席训练，就像
本文作者一样，险些忘了这周的任务，临阵磨枪就上了场...

大鱼今年开局不顺，不但在季前赛折了QB谭小山，而且由于飓风的影响，第一周的比赛
不得不临时取消，改为 bye week，这样后面就必须连打16周。大鱼球员的心理显然很
受影响，毕竟连续16周是很难打出16-0的成绩的，对追赶1972赛季前辈的全胜纪录非常
不利。尽管如此，大鱼还是在第二周首战告捷，远比废拍牛逼；后者被季前赛键盘侠预
测16-0，结果首场比赛就输了个底儿朝天。
最近大鱼也多少有些冤枉，原本4-2的大好局面，自从被黑心的NFL骗到大西洋的另一边
跟乌鸦搞了场比赛，运气就莫名其妙地坏起来，连输四场，包括上周输给罢课，明明是

我现在对游泳的热情啊，好像一把火！！今天是第二次练习dolphine kick，可以一口
气kick25米了。我还怕自己姿势不对，还跑去问救生员了。她说她刚才一直在看，挺好
的，还以为我本身会不是学习呢。娃哈哈~ 我觉得我这次就算肥没减下来，把四种泳姿
都练会练熟了也行啊。我还挺会给自己开脱的。。。 |
