提供同性恋伴侣健康保险福利的纳税补偿。在美国联邦法律下，即使雇主为同性伴侣提
供福利，有同性伴侣的员工也不享有异性婚姻配偶的免所得税待遇，公司的纳税补偿意
味着更平等和更具人才吸引力。
rnst & Young and its affiliates have begun reimbursing lesbian, gay,
bisexual and transgender employees for any additional federal and state
taxes they incur for their same-sex domestic partners’ medical benefits in
the U.S., starting Jan. 1, 2012.
