因为ＢＲＯＫＥＲ会收很大一块，自己还要付＄３Ｋ/year 左右的＂membership,
insurance,master key etc).
学习Real Estate Law对homeowner还是有很大帮助的． |

us: 1)Don't blocked your eyes by money. Ethical practice is more important
