itself. The inquiry form was designed by whom? May be Fang. You may find out
who started that, performed that, and analyzed the so-called data. By the
way, I personally would not call it "original data" since the whole thing is
not done in a scientific way at all.
Xun Zheng also suggested the use of medical instruments rather than simply

提一下此事”，实际上即使没有机会，他也要创造机会，来“显摆”一番。难怪有人会

这一段时间转基因食品的话题又变得异常火爆。在各种场合，我经常被问到转基因的问
题，大家最关心的是它是不是安全。在我费劲口舌解释了为什么转基因食品并不可怕之
后，听者往往将信将疑，然后盯着我问：“你自己吃转基因食品吗？”
我当然吃，而且已不知不觉吃了十几年。美国转基因食品开始大规模地上市是在1996年
，最早推广的转基因作物正是美国人的主粮之一——玉米。现在美国市场上的玉米80％
以上都是转基因的，主要是抗虫害转基因玉米。“虫子不吃的，人能吃吗？”这种中国
式的疑问在美国似乎从来就没有人提出过。
除了玉米，大豆、土豆、西红柿、油菜等主要农作物的转基因品种也在美国大量种植。

二， 2007年一美国记者采访方舟子， 就注明他是为 D trends bioinformatic工作，
但是不知什么原因又被方舟子告知他并不是为D trends bioinformatic， 这段文字被
删除线划去。 但是诡异的是， 删除线标记后， 该段文字并没有删掉， 而是留在访谈
中， 暗示了其实记者可能说了实话， 而被方要求删去。

for the D'Trends corporation , and a correct introduction would describe Mr. Fang as “an
independent consulting scientist for an American bioinformatics company.”
什么叫独立（indenpendent) 裳╬onsulting） 科学家（scientist)?方舟子自己创
造出来的职位？
有几个consultant是独立的， 不都是为了客户的利益？
consulting for a company在美国， 就是和公司成了利益相关者。 所以任何有这种关
系的人， 写文章就必须注明他是某公司的consultant, 否则就是lie to the public.
方舟子越是这么写，越是表面他藏起来什么信息， 所谓欲盖弥彰。 |

“常凯申”误译事件
“常凯申”误译事件出現在清华大学历史系副主任王奇所著《中俄国界东段学术史研究
：中国、俄国、西方学者视野中的中俄国界东段问题》。《中俄國界東段學術史研究》
原來只有兩章，分別關於中國及港台學者和俄羅斯及蘇聯學者的研究，後來王奇加入關
於西方學者的第三章時，因時間倉卒而來不及校對[1]。该书由中央编译出版社于2008
年10月出版，2009年6月被發現書中第三章多處錯譯人名、期刊、書名、出版地和出版
社，其中包括把英文資料中的Chiang Kai-shek（蒋介石）誤译成常凯申。其中一些中
國人名字出現「錯譯」，是因為他們的英文名以當時流行的威妥瑪拼音拼寫，與現時在
中國大陸通行的漢語拼音不同[2]。
2009年6月19日，中央编译出版社表示已停止这本书的发行，并就审校工作中的失误向
读者表示歉意。
