发帖数: 9 | 1 个人觉得达到fluent的成度，与个人的天分有关。有人外语水平很高，但不fluent；有
人fluent但综合水平并不怎么样。fluent只是在中国人眼中的，再怎么fluent都是中国
式的思维，不地道。但能达到fluent的人，很多都是讲母语就很能侃的人；反之则不然。
日语比英语好学，对于中国人来说。原因说白了，就是你看到日本人时，不觉得他是老
外。打一个较好的语言基础的话，比如说过个一级，脱产的话或者真正用心去记的话，
半年或一年考个高分是没问题的，没有任何技术含量。但即便考了高分，日语水平依然
很烂，但够用了，至少基础够了。

I am a new beginner to FEM and just started to use FEM to simulate 3D fluid
flow to solve N-S equation. We have our own mesh format which is different
from FLUENT, so I need to change mesh format. Is there anybody could tell me
what's the format of FLUENT mesh or send one copy of FLUENT mesh? I search
online, but cannot find it.
Another question is I have already tried COMSOL to simulate, but it seems
COMSOL is bad at 3D. I have no idea whether FLUENT will be good? Is there
anyone have good |

我在PC上运行X-Win32,然后澄录到remote Linux Serve上去运行Fluent (CFD software)
主要计算在Server上进行，我只用PC监视计算过程．
问题是：
某些时候网络断线，我就再不能控制server上的job,所以只好每次都手动删除留在
server上的计算进程．
有没有办法重新连接到server上的cortex (Fluent程序里管理显示的东西）？

yes, FIDAP belongs to fluent, but that does not means that fluent
incorperate FIDAP automately, you have to buy it seperately I guess. |

flow.So I used a simple rotating disk described in White's textbook. The
theoretical solutions are available by similarity solution. but the Fluent's
results are really strange, not silimar to the theoretical solutions at all. I

This depends how complicated your problem is. FLUENT is a good CFD package.
Its UDF features enable you to add your own models. But you need some CFD
knowledge to handle FLUENT well.
If your problem is simple. I would suggest you to use COMSOL. Strictly
speaking, COMSOL is not very good in CFD, but for some small and simple
cases, it still could offer good results.
Depends on your efforts. Taking some CFD or numerical courses will help if
your shool offers.
