民主与多数人暴政的区别是很大的.举个冒犯性的例子,比如我们推选flux (拒绝冬眠)
作为民意代表来维护我门的合法利益,参与社区管理和城市规划,这是民主. 由买买提
MSN全民公决,是否flux (拒绝冬眠)全家女性全部充做公娼,由广大MSN免费享用,我想一
定会得到广大MSN的积极响应,但很遗憾,这样的事情永远不会发生,因为flux (拒绝冬眠
)全家人的权益是应该得到保护的,这样的公投是暴政,.
民主不是多数人就有权利对少数人进行暴政,而是要保护每个人的合法利益,所以民主社
会是完全避免多数人对少数人的暴政.相反独裁社会却时有发生,如中共早期的剥夺和镇
压少数人(地富等)的活动. 暴政的后果是短期内少数人受害而其他人受益而长期讲是所
有人都受害,因为暴政不仅阻碍社会进步,而且你也可能成为下一个手害者.
俄国民主了,没有,也永远不可能对是否灭绝车臣人而公投,中国民主了当然也不会灭绝

双虹只在天边留了17分钟，转眼就消失了。
我绕着各个营地奔跑了几圈，满地的泥泞厚厚的黏在鞋底，几次趔趄险些摔倒，此时万
万没想到的是：接下来晚上一个小事故会让我痛不欲生两个月之久。
天边的火烧云褪去了最后一抹红晕，看样子不会再下雨了。ＰＬＡＹＡ上慢慢响起各种
音乐声，从强劲的迪斯科节奏到各种管弦乐器、摇滚乐、重金属，从四面八方传来，牛
鬼蛇神们穿上了五彩缤纷的夜光衣，骑上同样装饰起来的自行车在营地间和ＰＬＡＹＡ

我和羍覔商量了一下，看样子第二队的伙伴靝馡、劢勀、怣妮晚上９点以前来不了，而

在这边发现清洁剂非常不给力，根本刷不干净，板上还是粘唧唧的松香。问非中国人的
technician，他说他用的清洁剂一直是这样子的呗，酒精含量多了对板子不好。请问有
方便的办法能擦干净又不影响板子吗？
还有就是别人告诉我flux对rf的板子也不好，会影响测量结果。这个从来不知道。要是

dkifferent definitions). if the photns are single wavelength, then power
divided by (h time frequency) is the flux. if photons are multiwavelengths,
then you need to know spectrum, it is more complicated, you probably need

发帖数: 14281 | 20 既然有人争论方的学术水平，就上网搜了一下。应该说这个水平对于一个junior
faculty来说可以算是很牛B了，但是对于老方这种senior的已经搞了一辈子的人来说，
就只能算so so。不要说是院士，离aps fellow的级别也还差了不少。引用率最高的一
篇文章还是95年到了arizona之后跟老外合作的，被引118次，这也是方唯一一篇被引用
上百次的文章。可见方励之89之前确实没有做出过什么重要的工作，他的名声和地位绝
对是靠政治得来的，当然其中部分的也是80年在中国搞科普所得，必须承认科普工作也是
有重要的社会意义的。
(BTW，有人说你这个搜索未必完整。不错，确实不能保证100％毫无遗漏。但是我
用的search engine is THE search engine everybody in this community uses today.

锡和金属之间的融合。因为flux这个词本身源自拉丁语fluxus（flow），所以和流动性
最多有一毛钱的关系。
另外，在加焊锡之前上千度高温灼烧下，flux由膏状——液体——固体，最后都固化了
，怎么流动。你说的表面张力比较靠谱。我曾经用铜管给菜地diy了一个喷灌系统，那
天一时找不到flux，又懒得去买，想想喷灌又不怕漏，就没用flux，直接磨光了焊，也
没问题，就是不知道能坚持多久。
最后，现在市售有non-corrosive的flux，所以既使有残留，也不用担心腐蚀问题。 |

do not but the lead free one, it requires higher temperature and harder to

处理的时候加CQ, 如果cq能够增强你的处理引起的LC3II 增加，那就是诱导autophagy,
如果没什么变化，那就可能是LC3II的降解受抑制导致LC3II增加，就可能是autophagy
flux blockage：fusion of autophagosome and lysosome is inhibited。p62是
autophagy的特异性受体，自噬增加会导致p62降解增加，减少p62蛋白量；flux受抑制
则会降低p62的降解，增加p62的蛋白量，所以你的情况看着像是flux blockage。 另外
，检测的时间点很关键的，没有记错的话饥饿2小时的时候ＬC3II 上升，4小时之后则

U = R*i + d[Flux]/di * di/dt +d[Flux]/d(theta) * d(theta)/dt
= R*i + (L + i*dL/di)*di/dt + i*dL/d(theta)*d(theta)/dt
如图1，输入电流和角度，输出做代数运算后积分，每次积分器都很容易输出无穷大。
然后我改用model 2, Flux作为输入，Flux=L(theta,i)*i,电感用多项式近似后变成电
流的四元方程，怎么算电流？求多项式的根？
还有，Eq4是不是还少了w*F? |

同时，附件里贴出了我的计算结果。EMD的输出结果（compute heat/flux command
+compute tc command的计算结果）中， “ac.dat”（见附件中的"ac.wmf"）是热流自
相关函数（我已经修改了compute_tc.cpp，目前输出的是normalized HCACF，但结果中

“合成生物学”的技术关键是
1. 异源基因表达的精确调控（传统代谢工程对基因的表达比较粗放，就是有和没有，
顶多再细一点，就是多和少），而合成生物学通过对启动子库的筛选来实现某个基因的
定量表达，这样才能优化代谢通路的flux
2. 有些合成步骤，加入了反馈机制，比如产物抑制机制，来实现对代谢flux的动态、
自发控制，也是为了优化flux。 好比有毒中间产物积累过多，可能把细胞杀死，那么
产物抑制机制就能解决这个问题
3. 把28个异源基因放到基因组里，还要有想要的功能，这里也用到了合成生物学手段。 |

老空调不制冷 一开始以为是电容的问题 ，后换了电容 还是不转。 查了查relay 原来
relay卡住了 把那个按钮按下后 风扇转 但压缩机还是不转。 估计压缩机挂了 ， 整
套系统是r22a的。修压缩机超级贵 因为r22制冷剂特别贵。所以就把整套系统都换了算
了。
就在eBay上买了个mr cool的ac跟air handler. 1300块。 寄到家后 发现 这个mr cool
其实就是payne. 机器型号都一样。
最难的部分其实是拆老air handler跟装新air handler,因为在阁楼里 空间特别小。
我是把air handler分解了， a coil, blower assembly case这样一件件拆下来的。

决定买电焊机了， 一直就感觉木头DIY 做些用具太受限制， 钢铁的强度/体积比大很
多。
先买个flux wire welder, 一般都是支持mig 惰性气体保护焊， 以后要碰到不锈钢 和
铝 再
买气瓶。 flux wire 比以前大学金工实习的粗大的stick welder 容易多了。 想当初
我老stick welder 都手到擒来， 这个应该小菜。
有了这个家伙，要做的有：
DIY air suction pump (bought 2 500CFM blowers from amazon already, need to
make a housing to connect to 10-inch duct)
DIY forklift , 手动， 这样就可以把重东西（安装抽油烟机，比如） 抬很高， 甚至
