我们想住满三年后就搬出湾区，在别处再买一房子。
老公的因为工作变换，已经forfeit了，不多，1万出头。
我的两万出头，因为put on hold过，所以还了一年的样子，还有四年要还。每月出550
的样子。我现在想直接forfeit了，不还了，存钱负担第二个房子首付。
帐应该怎么算？老公倾向与继续还。但是我对401k收益一点不乐观，继续还款减少我们
攒钱速度。

把美元回流 我支付宝换美元）。
收到PayPal让我update invoice和tracking number。我解释是friends的交易，PayPal
还是permanently limited my account。 而且我之前买的ebay gift card也不能用了
（不是用PayPal买的 在超市买的 link了PayPal Account而已）。联系PayPal 它们说
forfeit了。
现在突然发现我对这个流氓公司吞我的钱无能为力啊 不能dispute信用卡 因为也不是
卖eBay gc的超市的错。我除了威胁PayPal要告他还能怎么办？ |

而link的account被他永久冻结了 还不让申诉。说是由于一些reason that they
cannot tell me， they think my account are unsafe。 冻结我账户我没意见，反正
我也不想和PayPal打交道了，但凭什么forfeit我在其他地方买的eBay gc？
我觉得eBay和PayPal分家只是给了一个互相推诿责任的借口。 |

问题是这个条款是eBay的条款 我ebay账号没有问题的 可以走不通过PayPal的信用卡支

1300,个别几个能有1600以上。 规则的确是说，7:15以前到，否则forfeit比赛。但过
去我遇到好几次有人来晚，甚至7:45才来，大家都无所谓，接着打就是了，真是没影响。
家里俩娃，很多事情啊。我大概不到7:20到的，结果刚坐下，对方队的一个老头过来说
" you are late. we already forfeit your games. you can do some practice
after games." 开始我还以为他开玩笑，后来说两句发现不是，成绩单上都写上仨0:3(
F)了。我开玩笑似的给自己说清，我队友也帮着说，老头就是不让步。
正儿八经的锦标赛我能理解，尼玛就是一堆1000上下的混混打，搞这么破坏团结的事情
，很不爽，和队友抱怨几句打算回家了。老头其实不和我打，老头队的另外三队员都表
示，无所谓，一个美国小伙说"i come here to play pingpong." 他们都同意不
forfeit,正常比赛，老头很无趣，结果我就打完了比赛。

guilty。到时候怎么说比较好？谢谢！
另，仔细看了一下罚单：上面只写了车速，没写路况。
4月21日update: 终于收到法院的Traffic Courtesy Notice 了。Bail amount: $237.
说我可以：
（1）Post and forfeit the bail
（2）Enter a plea of not guilty and request a court trial.
（3）Enter a plea of not guilty and request a trial by declaration (mail).
（4）Post and forfeit bail in full and attend the Traffic School (但是这个
bail要$307).

school 吗？还是必须是 court trial 之后才能request traffic school?
我看法院网站说如果 trial by mail 输了要求上court，法庭会重新考虑，但是
sentence 还不局限于原先 trial by mail 的sentence. 所以觉得要是trial by mail
输了，就不想费劲再上庭了。
