现在美国社会已经到了非常畸形的地步了，public sector已经成为了社会经济发展的
恶瘤。其中尤其以加州，麻省这样的liberal state为甚。
麻省随便一个小town学校的清洁工, 如果他工龄有20，30年，打两份工的话，他的年薪
很可能有10万，不要忘记了，他和所有的public employee一样不用交social security
tax， 然后他做满30年（还是32年，记不清了），他就能领取pension：80% of his
highest pay.
美国中小学里，根本没有merit based rewarding system, 所有的老师都是凭良心在做
事，因为一切的利益都是以seniority来做依据的。然后变态的麻省非要把弱智，多动
的学生和普通学生放在一起教；家长经常威胁老师要改动其小孩的成绩，结果往往是校
长老师妥协；这个公立教育是totally fxxked up. |

人谈得很好. 还定
好了两周后 onsite. 谁知到onsite 前半小时, Recruiter 来电说要取消interview,
原因是招人的经理
给换了. 新来的 manager 要重新电面. 就这样 浪费了我一天的请假.
后来经不起Recruiter的在三鼓拥, 就答应和新manager 再电面一次. 电面时, 才知到
是个三婆. 之后跟Recruiter 说不想跟三婆玩了, 但Recruiter 说已经安排好onsite
schedule 了. 叫我尽可能去onsite.
这样又定好了昨天的onsite, 我又请假了半天. 可气的是, 这个 FxxKed-Up 三婆又在
scheduled 时间前半小时通知Recruiter 已取消整个interview. 本来对这position 也
没多大向往, 但给三婆玩掺了两次, 现在还在气上. |
