preliminary positions. Every year, there are so many preliminary spots went
unmatched.
However, this dose not mean that IMGs have a good shot in this specialty.
Actually, many programs meant to leave these positions for unmatched AMGs to
scramble in. They do not interview candidates for these positons! This is
why there are just a few IMGs got in, if you look into the statistical data
carefully. |

you can find Breast Surgeon, that's better. If no Breast subspeciatlity
around, general surgeon can take care of that. Unless you are high risk for
cancer, you don't have to see surgical oncologist. |

Very interesting. A lot of papers have been published. And a lot of bio-
companies are making products now. But in general internal medicine, there
is still not much individualized medicine.
To talk about individualized medicine, one should read some papers.
On the other hand, EBM(evidence based medicine) is not new any more,
everybody is talking about it, and every program will ask you about EBM for
sure. |

spinal surgery, sports medicine to repair of fractures".我的要求是老年病人
和total care不要太多.没办法,我个子小,最怕动不了的病人.
Neurology 和 post surgical unit 怎么样?post surgicl unit病人是不是不太稳定?

2.如果你个子小,又担心搬病人的.你说的这几个科室都是要搬病人的,尤其是接送手术病
人的时候,如果一天送3个病人上手术,那就是搬至少3次.一般新手术后的病人都有点忙,
尤其有过往病史的.

发帖数: 343 | 16 medical unit学的东西会多一些， 比如cardiac, ortho, pulmonary 的一些procedure，我原来就在一个类似general medicine的unit. 上面
的MM说的很对，oncology可能对怀孕的女孩子多少会有伤害，但是也不是unit里每个人
都有chemo certification，所以chemo的病人不会就直接给你。我觉得在medical unit
里学到的药的知识比较多，接触的病人范围广。要是才毕业的话，推荐medical吧，做
一阵再看你喜欢哪个specialty |

I have been worrying about it even after receiving offers.
Different pharmacy schools have different evaluation results,
some pharmacy schools would not give me a direct answer until I got their
offers.
General Chemistry is really easy here in USA, you can try test it out
through taking Advanced
Placement Exam or CLEPS exam.

from theoretical standpoint, all exponential error GLM is just a special
case of dispersion GLM and can be represented in a general formula form as
shown in Song's paper.
in other words, there are some models fallen outside of classic GLM based on
exponential errors, such as simplex model (which is a very good candidate
models for unity outcomes). |
