elderly South Texas woman.
The Refugio County Sheriff's Office identifies the man as 53-year-old Isabel

这不仅是defensive driving 课上老警察用血淋淋的事实告诉我们的，也是我一个朋友
遗孀的话。
我的朋友兼同事去年冬天被人在雪地中强行抢道，朋友honk并骂了一句，对方别住他
的车，一枪毙命。后来老婆就外F了。自己儿子原来名字好好的，叫张猛，现在也跟劳
模姓了，改了名叫 Jorge Gutierrez Volkswagon。
有人说这是小概率，不会发生在我们身上。但是在路上同人起冲突，是每个人都会遇
上的。
开车在路上，只应在意两点，一是枪要上膛，二是要放在手边。
冲突起来就是零点几秒的时间，你慢了0.1秒，儿子就管别人叫爸爸了。 |

据全国广播公司（NBC News）报道，众议院拉美裔党团主席格里沙姆（Michelle Lujan
Grisham）说，她和其他议员会晤ICE代局长霍曼（Tom Homan）之后，都认为总统川普
通过行政命令带来的变化就是“所有移民社区都有风险。”
加州民主党众议员罗伊鲍·阿拉德（Lucille Roybal-Allard）发表声明说，“由于总
统的行政命令，实际上美国所有无证移民现在都可能被逮捕并遭遣返。”
ICE女发言人埃尔济（Jennifer Elzea）发表声明说，霍曼在会晤时强调，ICE“并非肆
意逮捕”或利用检查站。ICE探员是以提前确定的个人为目标，根据执法线索在特定地
点进行逮捕。
但是她承认，执法人员偶然碰到在美违反联邦移民法律的个人时，他们也要逮捕。埃尔
