随便看见什么都往嘴里送，就放狗找了找， 几点小tips 分享一下：
１。 自己带健康食物，cooler box 是个好东西。水果/水/能生吃的蔬菜等。（打算去
借一个或者买一个）
2。fast food, 选 subway over burgers and fries
3. 不管啥餐馆，都尽量选健康版的食物：grilled chicken/fish, salad, breakfast:
egg while omelet or oatmeal.
4. 多喝水，防饿，想上厕所正好停下来到沿途小镇赏风景。
5。你是出来看风景的，不是出来 snack for fun. 想吃的时候多玩些路上的小游戏，
比如猜车牌，转移注意力。
6。沿途在超市/当地农贸市场（就当了解风土民情了）/路边的fruit stand (美国农家
乐)补充健康食品（可以放在cooler box里）。

自动apply到医院的账单里头去了。
不过这部分钱不知道会不会计入到W2里，算不算pre-tax，能不能还报到FSA里头去？还
是说medical expense都扣掉这部分reward，再报FSA？回头问保险公司看看。
补充：
看了保险公司下面一段说明，这个credit是来自employer的，看来很可能是pre-tax收
入，会显示在W2上，也就是说不能重复报到FSA里头去。用到的童鞋需要注意这个小细

的确跟healthy sleep habits里说的有点差别，一是我们家这个好像需要的睡眠比
书里说的少，我早先机械的按书里写的，晚上早睡，白天也睡好，结果好像宝宝半
夜会醒来玩两个钟头，直接把我努力争取出来的两小时消耗掉，现在感觉宝宝好像
更合适的时间是每天12-13小时; 另外晚上那觉之前的清醒时间好像比书上需要的
也长些，才睡的稳.
最近稍微有点改善，不过发挥严重不稳定. 我感觉比较起作用的两点，一个是用了
PUPD train了，一个是下午那段时间要让他比较兴奋的玩，比如下午去了公园玩，
他晚上就容易睡的好，如果只是在家玩，或者只是大人带着去买东西，就不行. 建
议你试试4-6点那段抽时间带他去play ground玩半小时，宝宝小没关系，只是看东
西就会很兴奋，秋千什么的也能玩，还能让他一边看一边在妈妈腿上蹦达两下，让
他玩累点.

如何入睡如同吃饭，是需要训练，而非天生就会。
过于疲劳的婴儿更难自己入睡，更依赖于父母的安抚。入睡之前不能太困，要在drowsy
时入睡，这样更容易入睡。
如何防止睡眠问题的出现：
1周-4周： 醒来之后的一到两个小时内开始安抚宝宝，放在相对阴暗和安静的环境下。
采取一切措施防止宝宝哭泣。最好是宝宝在drowsy而又清醒的状态下放到床上去。
4周-8周：在白天继续关注睡醒后一到两个小时这个阶段，一旦出现睡眠迹象，及时安
抚，让孩子入睡。宝宝会越来越闹，特别是在第六周的黄昏，达到顶峰。这个时候父亲
最好提前下班，在黄昏时用尽一切方法安抚孩子，包括把孩子放在婴儿车上带到外面逛
。在这个阶段，在宝宝昏昏欲睡而又未睡的时候放到床上去，宝宝很有可能不会入睡。

这个preschool要每个月家长准备全校（40个孩子，2.5-6岁）的snack，要求健康低糖
没有花生，大家给点儿主意。我觉得花钱20-30块，不需要我做啥的最好。
我见过其他家长送的snack有，
1 小胡萝卜，（我不知道有没有dip，另外还有是不是要准备小盘子，老师应该是要求
她们不需要更多工作，除了发snack以外）
2 plain的爆米花（家长都分成小袋子，每个袋子里还有个贴画那种活动眼球，还拿做
手工的缠着绒线的软铁丝给系成脸的样子，我看了挺麻烦的）
3 据说有人带饼干，但是学校说，建议不要带饼干，因为带这个的人太多了。
我想到的：
1 每人一小盒low fat低糖的yogurt，一把塑料勺，（如果这个可行，大家建议一下牌
子）
