anger和helpless有很大的关联。helpless是导致anger的一大要素，据说是和出生婴儿
时的helpless相关。helpless引发深层恐惧。
我推娃的helpless的确和“不会教”有关。首先，我显然不是啥都不会教，教的好的地
方自然是水到渠成，娃好自己好，也不用发脾气了。发脾气的时候往往就是不会教的坎
上。frustration.
不会教，咱可以事后悟吗。悟不到的，我就没资格教。往往事后想想能明白出更深层娃
不会的原因，就能找到更好的教的方法。。所以我还是要意识到短时的有效其实是无效
哈。。。
钢琴的事儿是从前的时候。我有时弹一下娃卡壳的地方，一弹就知道为什么难了。tada
, 不helpless了，知道错在哪里，怎么连能进步。现在娃弹琴我是跟不上了，我也不太
管了。替我娃谢天谢地。
最近这个事是一句中文，家家户户庆团圆，娃念了十遍二十遍，拼音都给标上了，结果
庆字一会儿念姓，一会
儿念竟。。抓狂。最后整对了，但其实说到底是娃语感不好。。(谁知道庆字对娃会这

Been through these last summer. really helpless.I myself waited 10 weeks.
We, including other checkees have done all the following:
1. call dos
2. write to the consulate every week/other days
3. write to senators (in your state)
4. write to different US departments that somehow are related to immigration
/visa)
But it seems that except for waiting, we were helpless. So I would recommend
focusing on comunicating with your employers to keep your jobs. I missed 6

的确在国内自闭症父母比较辛苦。一个是硬件有限，还有认识不够，更主要的是社会不
规范。在规范的环境下，当自闭症小孩经过上千上万次的训练，他会掌握些基本的动作
和技能，比如过马路看红绿灯，洗桑拿数到４百出来，肥皂擦完头冲十下 等等（其实
正常人也是生活就几个要点）。
日本等亚洲国家自闭症比欧美多少许。以前日本对自闭症也很头痛。但在８０年代中，
那里对自闭症宣传很多（自闭症就是来自日语），人们对自闭症很了解，也宽容。举个
例子，我们去年去日本，日本对一般行为怪异的人是很忌讳的。在一个很多人的公共场
所，我大儿子打了我小儿子一下来引他注意。周围的日本人马上显出惊讶的神情，并啊
了一声。我上去摸摸他肩膀让他安静。周围的日本人立马变的出奇的友善。有个妇人还
往旁边挪挪，示意我们坐在她旁边。

上周五晚作为帮唱嘉宾参与了快乐女声五进四的现场比赛 很遗憾没有能够帮助霄云加
分 她靠自己出色的心理素质和稳定的表现扭转了困境最终晋级我很替她开心 整个过程
来说真正让我遗憾的却是没有机会能够更完全的在舞台上得到展示和发挥 当然了 这毕
竟不是我的比赛 也是有着明确的任务和角色去参与的 所以仍然很欣慰可以在时隔两年
