空方今天至少卖出11.44亿美元的股票。加上之前卖出的2200万股，ACKMAN本人至少
卖出5000万股（今天可能有跟风盘），价值13.5亿。实际他可能得到20亿美元的现
金。问题是他如何把这股票买回来还回去。
HLF大概一共1.1亿股，空方至少卖出了6500万股。从哪里借来的这么多股票？
ACKMAN声称不会买股票还回去。我想ACKMAN没错，他不可能买这么多股票，股价还不涨
上去的。唯一的办法是HLF破产。但是HLF会破产吗？
起码现在业绩红火，没有任何迹象。
一共1.1亿股，卖出6500万股（实际可能空方加起来更多），多方手上捏着虚拟的1.75亿
股。ACKMAN还能继续反复借，反复卖吗？诸位大牛，你来说说。
我个人认为这是ACKMAN的最后一击，余下的手段只剩不断攻击HLF的声誉来实现。但是
HLF只是从33降到27.空方已经出尽筹码，多方捏着一肚皮的股票。就看谁支撑不下去。
昨天，BOA再次重申HLF为买，说明BOA支持多方。

A California court ruled that HLF was pyramid scheme and that ruling still
stands today.
Belgium court handed out the same ruling recently.
And a Big Fish is betting 1 Billion to bring HLF down. He even bought google
ads for that (google HLF and you will see it). Why do you little fish think
you are smarter than him? He does that for a living. Don't be stupid. |

1.阿克梦是老帅哥，后面有老女人财团支持的，口袋比表面看的要深很多。不过对伊最
有利的是这件事现在搞的太大了，街头巷尾光屁股小孩都在谈，SEC不卷入调查不可能
。阿克梦放了1B的真金白银在上面，总有点事实基础的。
2.看了一下艾肯的头寸，都是期权，有点小微妙，而且头寸比阿克梦要小不小。伊说要
私有化HLF，这明显是忽悠小股民。真要私有化，那看着阿克梦把股价搞到三块钱再动
手多好，何必三十的时候就跳出来大喊大叫。难道真是钱多烧的？墙街明显不吃他那一
套，周五大跌
3.DAN LOEB据说在TRADE AROUND。估计在减少头寸，心生退意
结论，艾肯不靠谱，HLF还要跌 |

但是并没有拉动股价。ackman休假回来应该还会还击，那时候应该还有一跌。
所以我不打算马上卖掉put，再等往下扎个猛子。但是hold short就感觉不一样了。
我其实想得是hlf的conference后会再往上涨涨再put的，错过了今天42.x，和你
的成本价附近买的。

8，BID=1.1，我设在1.2，比BID仅多了0.1.以为一定可以Fill. 要知道，我设单子时，
HLF在39.7左右，我的ASK根本没有要任何Time Value,全是Intrinsic Value.
刚查了下账户，单子没有成交。现在BID=0.90，ASK=1.15.最后一个成交价是1.10.
当市场向不利于你的方向发展时，在你需要卖的时候，Market Maker最不愿意FILL你的
单子。即使你的要价合理的不能再合理。总结，BID/ASK Spread 是一个重要的风险。 |

an injunction to force HLF to comply with certain rules. |

The only issue is when and at what price. If one buys it at $25, but sells
at $20, he has a 20% loss. If he buys at $20 and sells at $25, he has a 25%
gain.
Given the crazy selling, it can go every low; Given the high short interest,
it will fly when a short squeeze happens. If you are not
ready to take risk and loss, stay away from it. |

了，也就是说买力已尽，只可能跌，不可能涨。除非索罗斯再补过来，不过不太可能，
