“Attitude is everything.” 这个有些绝对了，川普就是个现成儿的反例。资源/实
力才是决定性因素。
“Honesty is the best strategy”是有条件的，那就是对方尤其是优势方也尊崇
Honesty，否则自己可能就成了宋襄公。
觉着“屈才”也是好事，应对得当，这可以成为向上的动力。而且越是向上，这个“才
”就越是务虚。如果受制于身份而对公司心有不满，这也不全是错，有时甚至是策略。
有些公司确实借此打压老中，哪怕你表现地无比满足无比驯服也没用。
总之，“正心诚意”和“温良恭俭让”有点相似，理论上美好，现实中尤其是在美国社
会中要适当修正。

what you have said.
Perhaps complete honesty towards oneself and towards others is the key to
help one always feel the peace, and then no matter what happens, s/he knows
that the truth will come out given enough time.

How To Transform Your Life By Telling The Truth" by Brad Blanton.
Brad attacked this nonviolent communications approach in his book, not in
details, but just on that notion of being nonviolent, but I think that he
misunderstood nonviolent communications, and I liked both books and
approaches, as two focuses of the same thing.
It might be fun to read both and compare.
