平时在停车场经常这样停的。那天在oceanside海边的一条小街上也这样停就被
oceanside city开了罚单，打电话过去说这是illegal parking,与oceanside city
code不符，问道哪个code，哪里写的，city网站上没有找到，被不置可否。请问各位是
否有类似经历？学车一来从没听说不可以这样爬车啊？谢谢了。 |

旅游，说有朋友在这边，没说是男朋友），通过了，后来入境时海关给了6个月，呆了
五个多月后在期限内回国。半个月后再次入境，又给了6六个月，之后又在将近六个月
时回去。这样等于说一年有效期内两次入境，每次呆了将近半年，都按时离境。
现在打算下个月利用假期过来旅游，今天去签证（理由当然还是旅游），VO居然很激动
的说持B2签证停留那么久时间是illegal！然后就给拒了。签证本来就是多次入境，两
次也没有超期，况且B2除了旅游还可以是访友探亲，谁规定呆的时间不能长啊？怎么会
是illegal呢？但是连解释的机会的都没有。
因为这次假期机会难得，所以考虑短期内这几天再去签一次。我的想法是这次直接说去
看朋友（或者男朋友？），这样的话因为男朋友在那边所以上次呆的时间长也就合理了
。同时出具我这边相关材料，这样的话也算是有申请情况有变化了吧。就是担心这次签
只说去旅游，几天后提出来男朋友或朋友在那边会不会被认为是隐瞒事实什么的造成严
重的后果。虽然知道短时间内再签机会渺茫。但是目前B2是唯一选择，不知道一次被拒

郁闷之余，干脆去附近的一个大医院去问，恰巧遇到PD，得到解释如下：
Externship or hands-on 在美国，对于IMG是违法的，应该是national wide的规定，
但是不排除有些地方处理方式不一样。
那为什么很多programs还要求，不是出鬼？因为有些情况是可以的，你还是medical
student，就是说没毕业，只要有医学院担负责任，无论是不是美国的，都可以联系美
国医院，是可以做extern的！毕业了就不行，除非你进入residency或者已经certified。
那你们要求extern？不是要我们老命？推荐有，有当然好，不是没有就不行...虽然我
们写required....
结论：IMG做extern是违法的，除非你没毕业。
推论：如果做了extern，肯定加分，毕竟有些地方打擦边球是可能的，不过个人之见最
好不要明明白白说我就是extern，免得触了霉头，就说我去临床，干了什么什么牛事，
