人生第一次经历lay off,完整了完整了.
我在北加湾区,MS EE,4 years experience,但不写code的,属于偏硬件的那种,身份马上
快要解决了,有opening的话,记着refer我一下啊,谢谢了! |

9.1 -9.15 leave of absence (unpaid)
9.15-9.30 leave of absence (unpaid)
10.01- 10.15 get paid 2 周薪水 不用来上班
10.15- 11.15 get paid 4 周薪水 不用来上班
求问
1） Leave of Absence 对H1B是否可行 ？ 用开medical leave 的证明吗
2） 找到工作要转 H1B的时候据说要3个月的薪水,但我只有6周（1.5个月）3个pay
check 是否可行？
这个有具体USCIS 网页吗？公司说要给他们看具体要求是不是 3个月
3） 现在转 F1 不知道是否来得及，有没有知道bay area 比较好的挂靠学校？能很快
上课的

have deep stack, i'll tend to lay down this hand because you will face
another big bet on the turn. Button cold call should not be a problem, i
think you have him beat. If you are pot commited, then that's a no-brainer
call.

other two guys and probably have to put in a lot more than he should. He
didn't invest too much on the hand so lay it down now before it's too late.

strength but it also put you in a difficult position when your opponent
pushed. you would be playing a guessing game on the river and you are
subject to make huge mistakes like laying down a set against a over
played two pairs or bluff.
just keep it simple, bet turn and call the shove, even if he got the
straight you still have plenty of equity. it's not that unlikely the guy
shove in with some sort of combo draw anyways. the way |

this "donk“ play seems right to me.
he has 8:
1. he wants max return for that (someone with 10,8 is not likely)
2. the 1st raiser should have sth, and dealer should have sth too, either of
you might have a hand that is hard to lay down
3. it is hard to count on that dealer(you) will reraise, so this middle
positioned ”donk“ should play straightforward---reraise.
the only issue is he re-raised too much. 2X~2.5X seems better.

我的老板Dave是CIO,小公司么,公司不景气已经有一阵子了，我一直担心会不会有
layoff,还好公司只是在两个月前fire了两个performance差的同事。
唉，自己工作也不是太上心，五个月前的review工资才加了8千，心里还一直嘀嘀咕咕
的呢。
周三下午从洗手间回自己cubile的路上，明明开见Dave从横向走过来，眼看着就会碰到
，然而他停了下来歪着脖子瞅着一台别人的电脑，好像是有意要避开我的样子，细小的
动作平时可能不代表什么，可是现在这个多事的时节...不去多想了。
周四，一天都挺忙的，我们这个project的人都被赶着写文档，忙是忙，可也只是体力
劳动...一天无事...下午三点多的时候，会议室好像开始挺有规律的有人走进走出，刚
开始没人注意，可是几下以来我们心里都明白是怎么回事了，HR Drew 和 Dave |
