2012年开始FILE EB2,一个PERM被律师耽误了快一年才在11月交上去，我这些年恨死这
个律师了，他要是能早一个多月，我可能早一年甚至两年就绿了！2014年年初那次放水
我刚交上了EB3的140， 水就退了。这真是证明了被水挡在门外一步的人是最惨的！
然后等EB3的140批，开始反正是水退，也没有在意。后来等了快一年半也没批，赶紧去
SR，第二天就批了。后来排期到了，不幸的是2015年11月CASE不明原因的从TSC给转到
NBC，在NBC呆到2016年2月给转到LOCAL，知道是要安排面试，赶紧找三个议员去催，自
己也去了INFOPASS，最后在2016年8月催到面试。这之前排期排到我了，我写信到TSC要
求RELINK，根本没有人理我，推到LOCAL，LOCAL说等面试的时候提出来，很快名额用光
，面试那个时候也没有。八月面试的时候问为什么给面试，说不知道，我怀疑是我结婚
公证是2014年做的，他们以为我是2014年结婚的。别的实在是想不出理由。八月面试的

自己的 - 去年10月二面结束后12月被转回NBC 网上状态面完后就没有再更新了 当时的
面经

一个同事的 - 1月刚面完 因为2月会current 所以面试官答应case会留在local 二月就
可以发卡了 结果。。发现被套路了 第二天就被转回了TSC
结论 - 目前EB3面试拿卡的形势未必有大家看到的那么乐观 首先 如果你已经面试过
但是还没current 只能说祝你好运 无论是面试官答应你留在local还是怎么样 他们最
后怎么办事未必就会按照口头答应的来 如果运气不好被转回Service Center 可能又会
是漫漫等待
其次 在移民收紧的大趋势下 批卡只会越来越谨慎 集中在一两个月内大规模的绿潮我
觉得很难发生 我不清楚每个local office具体的visa quota如何分配 EB的名额又有多
少 但是。。。在下个月这么多current + 面试的情况下 如果Local突然内部U了 应该
不是一件让人奇怪的事

目前我的CASE状态是：

, for an interview.
请问要安排面试的话，我的CASE会被转到Local office吗？还是说CASE本身还在NBC（
去年11月从LINCOLN转过去的），Local office只负责面试而已？
问这个问题是因为打算去做个INFO PASS,但根据以前经验，Local office如果CASE不在
他们手上，从来都是一问三不知，无可奉告的态度。所以CASE不在local office的话，
恐怕啥也问不出来，开车100 MILE白跑一趟。
另外有人知道从3月9号开始大概要等多久才能实际安排到面试吗？多谢！
我们的PD是2014年8月，RD是2017年5月。 |

认识老余大概是四五年前从这个雪版开始的，那时我刚发现雪版，给我印相最深的就是
老余做的video, 版上fly的video 都是老余拍摄和制作的吧，当时看了fly的录像真是
兴奋，第一次看到中国人有滑得这么好的。前年圣诞去科州第一次约了老余一起滑雪，
去年春季又去了次科州，那次去的人多，和老余一起又滑了两次吧，今年再去，感觉就
像老朋友了。每次跟老余一起滑都很爽，没有太多的停頓，快而流畅，这不仅是因为老
余作为地头蛇对雪场熟，技术好是必须的。

农村给了6w。大公司在别的州，给了下星期的onsite interview。
可是问题来了，local的公司让我下周三就去上班，那也就是这两天就要考虑是否答应
他们，可是大公司的onsite也在下周，我想等大公司的结果出来了再决定去哪家，可是
时间上不好弄。大家能否帮我出出主意。
另外，我phd还没毕业，如果下周要去local的公司上班，现在能直接去吗？以什么样的
身份工作？能不能边工作边搞答辩和论文？
还有一个问题，local小公司给的title是senior engineer，大公司的职位是engineer
，那个对以后跳槽或者发展更有利？

站很方便，不过Microsoft Office 12 default font 成了宋体，也不知怎么把它改回
来。
试着将locale 换成English US, everything is OK. 但是一改回来就不行。Office自
身带的Language Settings 一点都不起作用

每个 field officer 有的只是一张 daily status sheet 记录他的执勤情况, 包括回应
911 calls、 处理交通事故、维持秩序、盘问可疑人物等等. 抄牌只是其中的内容之一.
