发帖数: 3431 | 5 我的lower back肌肉，大概从4年前开始有点轻度的劳损。中间看过PT，断断续续做了
点康复，但是没恢复完，状态时好时坏，取决于休息好不好工作坐的久不久和运动疲劳
等等。5x5我现在练了6weeks的样子，慢慢的觉得lower back的肌肉有点负担不起DL了
。本来squat练完就觉得lower back有点疲劳，再做DL更觉得有点吃不消了。其实DL现
在重量也不算大，才刚刚达到squat的重量, 220LB的样子。今天应该做230的DL，为健
康着想还是skip了。
上次做完DL 220LB后，最近几天确实lower back很难受，现在考虑完全drop掉DL这项。
不知道有没有人也是这样做5x5但是不做DL的？怕会不会lower back锻炼不足，squat重
量再加大更容易受伤？
不知道有没有什么方法可以把DL改为稍微轻和一些的lower back练习帮助肌肉康复。我
觉得肌肉越是不练就越weak，然后劳损就更严重，恶性循环
另外不知道是不是应该停止或者减缓squat的增重？怕哪天重量大了，form没保持好，
背一弯腰上承力就更不好了。 |

上周某天晚上，正在加油站拐弯调方向靠近加油枪时，车子左前方向突然陷落，同时铛的一声巨响，旁边老美小混混跑过来告诉我lower ball joint坏掉了。下车一看，果然如此，轮子歪在一边，left lower control arm直接打到地上，打电话叫AAA拖车到楼下driveway上，当晚订了零件、ball joint separator (pickle fork)，周末换上了新的ball joint。
症状：大约一年前车刚买来时，车前面悬挂响过一个多月（吱吱嘎嘎，像开门或者破旧楼梯的声音），那时候自己是车盲，也没太理会。今年又响了几个月，期间用过WD40、 liquid wrench和lithium grease润滑各个部件。最后一次修理是大约一个月前，当时拆下轮胎来，所有的ball joint都没有破损（原厂无法加grease），在coil spring上面塞了些grease，响声没有了，当时以为找对了原因。结果上周ball joint突然脱落。

including everything you need to finish the stripped lower.
要注意 LPK有好几种，有全都有的，有不带stock的，有不带fire control group的（
就是trigger等），一定要买全了。
组装lower要远比组装upper简单得多，可参见下边这个网页和视频

注意最好备齐合适的工具，可以减少很多headache，最好要有一套punch。

变不离其宗，最基本的模块式组合还是贯穿所有变形之中的，所以大家只要了解了最基

AR步枪主要是以上机匣（UPPER）和下机匣（LOWER）两大部分组合而成的，我在这里就

需要更换lower ball joint，换了两次，都是压不牢，很快就会脱落。
无奈，选择整个lower control arm都换，结果却发现，一个固定lower control arm的
螺栓被变速箱挡住，拿不下来，，，
这可怎么是好？

手枪弹和.22
还有设计的时候就考虑到尺寸的几种新弹药比如6.8mm SPC等等
都是可以直接把upper装在普通AR的lower上，哪怕没有表明multi也没问题
而且也没有法律上的问题（除非管子长度太短）
但你要是想上全威力的比如.308
普通AR-15的lower，包括标了multi这些都不行，
.308的弹匣太大插不进去
只能用.308AR的lower。
你贴的这个sun devil，同样没法改成.308的
它的特点在于是一块铝CNC切削出来的，不像其他主流lower是精锻(forged)
具体那种加工方式好我不知道，总之肯定都比有些不常见的精铸(cast)的要好吧
但你前面说的本地枪店，才150块钱，能省不少啊。

I think the trigger and hammer pins of the NM trigger are slightly bigger
than normal pins, but it shld still fit into the mil-spec lower's holes. The
pins are designed so to eliminate possible "play" in the holes.
CMMG lower's trigger and hammer holes are tighter than the spec, I guess.
Switched to a YHM lower, installation was a breeze - everything fits, the
holes and pins, etc etc

1. 想攒AR 15，如果用了之前版上推荐的upper receiver + BCG + 这个lower之后，是
不是只需要grip + magazine + stock和一些其他小零件就可以了？其实我想问，
complete lower receiver怎么装。
2. 选lower有什么注意的地方吗？这个lower里面两个marking的选项是不是只和标志有
关，和性能无关（纯粹从marking望文生义）
其实我个人感觉还是先买一支ar研究清楚了再考虑自己组装，现在的状态就好像一个没
见过计算机的人要自己攒一台机器，旁边很多人说（事实情况也是），攒机很容易。可
是很小的障碍就会对新手构成难以跨越的鸿沟。可惜想在加州买到价格合适的AR基本没
可能，摸着石头过河又完全没概念。所以，求各位大哥耐心指点。 |

一个很重要的部件，涉及到safety，但是diy又很麻烦，下不去手～～
我的车刚买回来时候，到dealer那里查一个东西，结果他们告诉我一个lower ball joi
nt坏了，另外一侧有一个也不太好了，换得话大概1k多，我去外面问了问，也要近1k。
你所说的几十刀就解决，恐怕不太容易。
反正后来我想自己弄了，结果最最费力的是没有办法取下了，虽然租了很多工具。最后
还是找了个mechanic搞定（不是他的车，下手狠，直接上大锤子：0）。但是最后还是把
我的两侧的cv boot给弄坏了，他说给修，后来就再也不接我电话。最后又花了几百刀搞
定的。
前前后后也花了近1k了，还不如一开始就找人做了～～～

先换家专修Volvo的店或者dealer重新诊断，firestone说的问题都是在的，但应该不全
lower control arms磨损是这车的通病，让technician同时检查inner & outer tie
rod end、axles、sway bar links和suspension的各个part
control arms最好自己买Genuine Volvo Part 或者 OEM part，然后送到专修店更换
只换一对Control Arms的话，自己买配件+labor大约要$500-700，最后还得做
alignment $50-100
engine upper motor mount是所有这一代volvo必定要更换的部件，实际上可能每30k~
50k就会损坏需要更换一次
这一项自己买配件+labor要$100-150
刹车的声音和刹车一顿一顿可能跟brake pad或者disc有关，建议dealer处检查是否需
要更换

牛不利，特别是ChiOsc还很高，see dashed red line，此后都有不同程度的pullback
，也因此收盘前的反弹可以看作back test Double Top neckline (see SPY 15 min
chart at bottom)，不排除明天继续下跌的可能。总体上，我认为pullback to Fib 23
.6% at $115.15到Double Top textbook target $114.77之间还是有可能的。
另外一个对牛牛特别不利的是今天有个extremely low TICK，有些exchanger甚至
report今天有个record low TICK。下面的图应该很清楚，红色虚线远远多于绿色虚线
，换句话说就是几天内a lower low or lower close almost guaranteed。
牛牛的希望有两个，不过我权衡再三，认为这两个希望也许不能都往牛里解释，当然牛
牛有知情权，所以这里一并说明一下。

，非常的牛。如果出现lower low，至少牛也会认为可能下面进入至少是整理走势。这

It is too much. You also need to pay for FFL transfer + shipping. It is
not a good deal.
You also need to install the barrel. You need special tools and some
knowledge. If you have a gunsmith do it, you need to pay him some money.
Just buy a normal stripped lower receiver at local gun show ($125~$150).
For the rest, go shopping online. Remeber to buy complete upper. This will
save you some trouble.
