发帖数: 588 | 4 i think the -8 curve is not a normal one, i'll expect a -10 for recent test
And to improve ur preformance, it depends on which part u r missing right
now. I had trouble with lr at the beginning, but I think that's the easiest
part to improve, I had a -9 for my 1st lsat but a -2 for my 2nd one.
And keep what u r good at, i sucked at the games 2nd time which is hard to
believe...ANYWAY

broke up and the powerscore guy wrote the books. so, the methods they
employ are very very similar, as least in its way of thinking.
in my experience, do one set of LSAT, know your ballpark. then, read the
bible in case you do not get 165+ score. if you do, no worry at all. just
buy the actual exams from LSAC.org. practice makes perfect. |

发帖数: 3888 | 11 I took the LSAT more than 5 years ago. I had trouble with Reading Comp so I
always skipped 1 passage and concentrated my time on the other 3. I
finished Games and LR w/ time to spare.
For LR, I would read the question stem first (the last sentence of the
argument). Then I'd read the entire argument, and then finally the answer
choices. When you've practiced enough, often times you'd know what answer
choice to look for before you read the choices. |

also with a couple years of tech specialist experience in a big firm) was
not able to get in Harvard but was admitted by BC (b/c he wanted to be in
Boston).

doing a good application than preping for another test.
a well written essay counts more than 2 or 3 points in LSAT.
besides, it's uncertain whether you can score higher or not next time. |

果会差我不太赞同 我觉得LSAT就是要多做体 把你能找到的真题全部做完2-3遍 我最开
始做的时候LR一个section要错10题 现在可以保持在4-5题的样子 状态好的时候可以更
少 我目前为止做了20套题左右吧
所以lz加油 表轻易对自己没信心 我英文很差的 基本没有词汇量 全是这几个月做题做
出来的 加油加油 多做题 反复做 千万别放弃 |

are automatically considered. My feeling is that LSAT is the only solid
standard. Other academic may be considered, but not much. Things like PhD
probably do not help a lot. Good luck. |

but it only covers 2 of the 3 sentences in the stem.
in that case, this question is too easy.
LSAT is so mean and adds the 2nd sentence to disturb you:
"In fact, correctly addressed mail takes longer than this only when it
damaged in transit. "
so A looks like a possible contender.
but the 1st sentence reads: "Nearly all mail ...." so only a small
proportion of correctly addressed mails are damaged. then A is impossible.
I don't think common sense is much involved here. |

But the general rules are:
1. no study-aid classes can ever substitute your own study; that said, you
need to figure out if you have the ADDITIONAL time to go to these classes.
2. Everything being equal, if a few thousands of money and some extra time
can POSSIBLY bump your score to the next level, you have nothing/little to
lose.
Also, one purpose of LSAT is also to give you an opportunity to assess
whether law school is right for you. |

在美本科的GPA不太高。 去google一下老美的论坛，有人列出LSAT／GPA分数以及申请
结果的，记得有几个top14比想像的容易进，如果你不care location的话。不知你还有
没有别的特长之类的，我估计你能进top5-10. 加油！ |

拿到这次LSAT成绩之后期望确实是更高了，不过底线其实也就是T30左右，如果能拿到
T14的任何一所的offer我就很开心了，至于前五的学校基本上属于挑一两所申请一下让
自己感觉好点的性质。。。虽然本校本系的GPA确实卡得很严，3.5就已经是department
honors了，但不管怎么说也都是个劣势吧。总而言之我会把选校范围拉大用比较稳妥
的方式去做的。
PS：大家觉得LSAC，chiashu等网站上的probability calculator靠谱吗？烦请过来人
说说看~
至于LS筒子提到的考试经验问题。。。首先我不是大虾，近些年考两次能上175的中国
人可谓大有人在，更何况我本科学文的也占了一定优势。如果大家不嫌弃的话我看周末
有没有时间写两句吧，谢谢大家~ |

的英语语文训练。LSAT，好比让一个学２外中文的老美去考中考高考语文，能容易吗。
我觉得你坚持把手上所有的材料都做完先，其实如果不是想去牛学校，考到１５５左右
差不多了。 |

you can get 172 you will still get into GT. It is not late for most other
schools. In fact, law school admission is much more flexible than you think.
My June LSAT helped me to get a JULY admissions from a T25 school. So it is
almost never too late. |
