小弟很幸运地拿到GlobalFoundries (地点Malta, NY) 的offer，做芯片上的一些
reliability相关的力学问题。
BASE 95K + annual bonus 5% + Relocation 7K + Sign-on 5K.
Recruiter报了口头offer，然后我开玩笑说咦，没有sign-on呢，她笑着说给你
relocation了嘛。然后我说我会好好考虑的。之后recruiter说HM说再给5K的 sign-on。
我看了下glassdoor， base还算fair。 但是我查了下myvisajob， 上面貌似malta这边
的file H1B的平均工资是105K，EB1B是118K. （他们愿意帮我sponsor H1b 和 EB1B）
请问各位前辈我如果想尝试Negotiate的话，开口要个110K会不会有点过分了?还是说提
个105K呢？
手头暂时没有其他offer，不过有几家大公司在进展中。如果Relocation和Sign-on再涨
一点也不错。

取车时加收了17欧机场取车费，7欧酒店还车费，另外先付半箱油，不爽。
马耳他是前英殖民地，车是右驾左行的。
今明两晚旅馆在马耳他岛西北角Ramia Bay的Riviera Resort。按米国人的标准，就是个很次的度假村。
GarminGPS欧洲地图不带马耳他。马耳他岛长30公里，宽10公里，我们绕了很多路，进了好几个小村庄，花了近两小时才到旅馆。中间错打错着到了Golden Bay，落日下金黄色的沙滩很漂亮。

马耳他共和国由三个岛组成，Malta, Gozo 和Comino。
从马耳他岛到戈佐岛的轮渡大概每45分钟一趟。岛上交通不是太方便，建议自驾。
第一站是蓝窗。
蓝窗出来后看到路上有个Village Craft Center，好些作坊，金属饰品，玻璃工艺品，真丝lace等等, 很不错。LD居然花了XX欧买了件手织真丝披肩(有马耳他证书的说，呵呵)。
第二站是Ta’ Pinu教堂。这个教堂似乎很有地位，近两任教皇到来过这里布道。
途中经过的Zebbug，很典型的米黄色马耳他小镇， sandstone的低矮楼房，有个大教堂在镇中央。
第三站是北岸的盐田。
