determinant of qualifying for any part of the National Merit Scholarship (
NMS) Program.
According to the National Merit Scholarship Corporation, 1.5 million
students took the PSAT in 2014. 50,000 students, based on their scores alone
, are selected as qualified for further consideration. 35,000 will receive a

从我做起, 从现在做起! 我们还来得及反对SCA5. 目前, 加州众议院的80席中, 有55席
民主党, 25席共和党. 对这个法案SCA5的支持是党派分票, 所以我们只需要保证 2个以
上民主党议员勇敢地站出来, 投票反对, 我们就可以让法案胎死腹中. 现在我们可以做
的是写信给代表我们选区的加州众议员, 去他们的网站给他们写.
Step 1: 下面网站里选Act Now有两个请愿投票, 有时间先去投票, 这样才能壮大声势.

. 当然是merit based. 除非你敢说 肤色是一种merit.
如果大学教育也要按种族分配, 那么以下都要按种族分配.
1. 政府职员. 国会议员.
2. 奥运会也要AA, 每一个项目都要AA. 100短跑黑人起跑拉后10米. 50000米 一人20
公斤麻袋. 篮球必须5个人按种族分. 反正有混血.
3. 税收也按照种族收.

成绩还是体育好，但布什所有学校度给的。如藤校就公开说了没有merit-based。后者
是家庭收入决定的，月富的学校月有能力提供。。。merit-based scholarship是越来
越越少。。。
是，中产最难。但有钱人不付孩子的大学cost,孩子的选择也不多。反到真穷人好办。
但孩子读书，家里条件不好，也不容易。 |

厂都是不可能的。 我所在的药厂的annual merit increase平均才2－3%。 一般来说不
要指望merit increase来涨工资，想涨工资就要跳槽。 |
