优先考虑如下
1。上班交通方便
1。孩子小学学区比较好
3。小区环境治安好些
可以是3b，可以是2b，看价格情况。
同时求推荐小学！
还有个问题，小孩子在休斯顿一年四季都需要什么样的衣服？我们目前基本只有一件厚
外套过冬，fleece睡衣家居，大量都是薄的长T和普通的布裤子，夏装短打是否需要很
薄很透气的，数量也需要很多？

有些项目找人少，纯属误伤上了scramble，比如boston的ortho居然都有一个空位。但
是另外一些就有可能是招不到人，所以scramble。比如纽约那个Lenox Hill Hospital
，26个IM只招到22个，我觉得你要是申请，不妨把这种也考虑进去。毕竟纽约那个找人
多，IMG有很大机会。

，家里住的也比较近。其他的methodist可能是用methodist的牌子，然后自己run的。
MM可以先试试找找OB看，看看OB可以在哪里接生。如果有时间去参加个产房的tour或者
报个生产课程什么的了解多一点。不过米国这边，医院一般是租用facility和nurse给
医生。

that this year Methodist Pathology only invited 3 IMGs for interview, all
have internal connectios. Interestingly, he is already an attending
pathologist in India and got a fellowship training spot at Methodist (for
international scholars), so he is working as a surgical path fellow there.
Now he is turning back to do residency all over again to get a license in
the States. |

发帖数: 42149 | 48 在美华人就医“难”的问题，不仅仅在于看病贵，更重要的是由于文化、就医流程及医院系统差异，引起的病人和医生之间的隔阂。由此产生的不必要麻烦，轻则浪费时间金钱，重则错过最佳治疗机会而损害健康。南加州的美以美（Methodist）医院副院长克利福德?丹尼尔斯（Clifford Daniels）和医院基金会前理事长王程晓颖（Sherry Wang）针对这些提醒了几个常见问题。
1. 中国人“太”客气 怕麻烦医生护士
中国文化推崇以礼待人，如果自己能做的事情尽量不麻烦别人。王程晓颖举例说，有的华人女性怀第一胎时没经验，在接近产期时，即使肚子剧烈疼痛却担心如果不是产前阵痛，跑去医院会麻烦到医生和护士。
她们就干脆忍着，等到实在无法忍受才到医院，把自己陷入潜在的危险中。这样，即便是排除了危险也少不了要用更多的药物，吃了很多不必要的苦。
还有，病人不实描述自己的疼痛程度，生怕说太痛会麻烦医生，所以往低了说。但是丹尼尔斯强调，疼痛程度不同，治疗的方法也会不同。如果不能针对性的治疗，就会白费功夫。
