发帖数: 3431 | 1 对我来说Step1就是mogul skiing，more skid/slide而已，入门和drill适用。step2就
是rounder turn, step3就是more aggressive, straighter。
即便我师父，也说他自己的一段看上去很aggressive的zipperline mogul skiing里面
，有几个turn是blend了一些skid/slide的成分。甚至competition里也能看出一些skid
/slide。
要说入门初学，我觉得看看step1的style去模仿练习，会比学习bumpsforboomers上的
green
line demo，要好很多。看Step1的动作你学习的是technique；bumpsforboomers强调的
更多是tactics而不是proper technique。 |

你一说，我去看看他们的视频demo，是看着比较业余。而且仔细看才发现他们是在卖教
材。:D
但那些划分方法还是挺好的，国内也有论坛的网友很认真的写了一个mogul体会，用了
里面的图，其实他们的图还挺好的。
说起来，我记得哪儿有一张告诉mogul上各个部位的名字的，放到googlegroup里，让大
家知道都在说什么就挺好。什么backside, ridge之类的。

发帖数: 3431 | 3 其实滑蘑菇不用太大angulation的吧，我理解的angulation在平地滑是为了achieve
high edge angle提供carve的向心力。
我看 Chuck Martin的视频里，能感觉到他能把整个膝盖上收的空间都利用来吸收，这
跟很多psia, csia的高级教练demo Mogul的滑法，能看出来很明显的差别。对比下面两
个视频可以看出Chuck Martin用来吸收mogul的range大很多，所以chuck吸收的更好也
能走更aggressive的路线。PSIA教练的turn更wide更round (more carved)，high
angulation导致吸收的range受限。

bump的时候没办法保持原来预计的路线，前几天在http://www.mogulskiing.net/上深入学习/复习了一下滑蘑菇的理论，发现原来一直比较满意的依靠重心转换转弯在蘑菇里是不太合适的，里面反复强调了转小弯技术，也提到转小弯主要是靠踝关节和膝关节的配合，再见上合适的重心位置协同完成的，昨天在雪场上练习了半天，效果很好。体会到靠踝/膝关节转弯的优点了。所以推荐这个网站给有兴趣滑蘑菇的滑友们。 |
