把morris 换掉是为了省点儿钱，可morris也没几个钱，而且打玩这赛季之后动也不迟
。另外他可能想让dMo上位，可dmo实在是不稳定，难堪重任。
2012的draft, morey搞了三个first rounder， jeremy lamb算是有点用，换harden用
上了，Tjones, Rwhite都没用上，2011的morris 换来个二轮，这实际上象是在打自己
的耳光，就是当初走眼，用15号签选了个二轮人才。
赛季前，冰箱就抱怨自己来要coach什么样的一个roster都不知道，现在把人的成果又
给搅乱，你让人怎么coach啊。你gm可能不在乎本赛季的成绩，可教练在乎啊。

说莫雷擅长二轮淘宝是没有错的。由于有工资帽，能捡便宜货是会事半功倍。好的GM在
draft里面能淘宝是必要的。
马刺也非常在行捡小便宜。马刺的big3中，Parker 第28顺位，Ginobili第57顺位淘来
的。不同的是马刺在那前几年摆烂了一年搞到了球队的基石牛人邓肯，又有一个牛教练
，所以结果很好。
Morey在2008年成为火箭的GM。姚明2009年季后赛受伤后，在2010年打了几场球再次受
伤，接着就没有再打过球了。TMAC也受伤，team chemistry出问题，被交易到Knicks。
火箭开始重建。然而火箭在姚麦走后一直没有象马刺那样摆烂，在季后赛边缘晃荡了三
年，最后Morey硬是用手头的阿猫阿狗在2012年换来harden，2013年吸引来Howard。今
年就在Bosh的yes、no之间就能成为team to beat。
我不同意Morey的地方是觉得McHale很烂，该换个好的。而他认为教练的效果没有那么
重要。
当然有些不理性的因为喜欢Lin而现在讨厌火箭的人一定是不会同意我的看法的。我不

说实话我当时想这Morey会不会把那个可怜的做photoshop的家伙给开了。没有想到就这
么糊弄过去了。
二轮淘宝应该是data mining的功劳。去年的新GM Sam Hinkie在76人复制了Morey在火
箭data mining的一整套。他去年draft的也不错。今年再看看。题外话，Hinkie雇的
Mike Brown很厉害。去年开局搞得漂亮地一塌糊涂，然后29连败开始摆烂。再给76人两
三年时间估计就是强队了。
去年达拉斯也拉了Morey的一个助理去，结果没有多久就灰溜溜回火箭了。不知道怎么
回事。Morey估计不会去做副手，可以拉他的助理。 |

的人会少了许多。成王败寇嘛。
我更注重的倒是Morey能把他的工资帽清理到这个地步，差点就在两年内把要摆烂的对
腾挪到能搞到四个Max合同。我就算他牛了。当然后面看他怎么折腾也是有意思的。
对于Lin和Asik的合同，Morey并没有毒了自己。因为前两年两个人虽然占用8.3M cap，
但都只付5M工资－－前两年便宜了。如果今年因此付了大量奢侈税才算毒到了。 |

没有球衣的事情，Asik和林都是铁定要被交易走空出空间来的。林本人在5月份赛季结
束就把locker都清理干净了。
Parsons那是morey和cuban的事情，分区之间竞争，和parsons倒没有什么大关系。我没
有看到国Parsons和Morey闹僵的直接证据。只是看到Parsons不爽自己没有被当作第三
个球星对待，没有直接延签Max，对此我哈哈哈。你如果有其他证据就告诉我吧。

。几个年轻的GM牛皮的：Morey，Uriji，Hinkie。大概这样。
我感觉火箭在2012夏季是准备开始摆烂了的，直到赛季开始之前捞到Harden。当时
Scola，Lowry，Dragic和Kevin Martin是队里打得最好的四小头。Luis Scola被
amnesty了。Kyle Lowry因为和McHale不对付被交易到Raptors换了一个可能比较靠前的
一轮签。Dragic是自由球员。由于在重建，Morey不愿意给他球员选项，没有能留住他
。Kevin Martin最后和raptors的一轮签加新秀Jeremy Lamb换来了Harden。
所以2012的火箭的四大牛人都走了，一点也不奇怪role player老人还能留下来。
Parsons当时是新秀。在签Harden之前，签来了JLin和Asik。本来要以Lin和Asik为中心

做交易两大禁忌:
1.同区交易 甚至是同组交易 甚至是跟比你强的队伍交易 大忌中的大忌!
2.两个筹码绝对不可以只换一个筹码
Morey第一笔交易 一口气违反了上述两项 让所有火箭版友怒气冲天 包含我也骂得要死
没想到第二笔交易一口起反转过来 想必Morey一定在事先就跟灰狼谈好了 才敢做第一笔
薪资上来说 摆脱MJ的烂约 BJ09季末到期的薪资也为火箭往後的布局做出不少弹性空间
阵容上来说 火箭用了Wells+不在轮替的MJ+Snyder换到了 BJ+Green 等於一换二 明显
赚到
火箭最欠缺的是替补C和替补PG 这是阵容上面的缺陷
战术或球技上的缺陷是今年弱掉的三分+罚球+防守 和切入人才的不足
