面的人行道平行上开，最后重新回到Mowry Ave，直奔I-880.第一次看见这样躲避红灯

美国基督教长老会承认同性婚姻(图)

美国长老会的同性恋牧师保罗·莫里(Paul Mowry)
淡蓝网3月19日讯：经过长达十年的辩论，美国基督教长老会决定修改教会宪章，正式
承认同性婚姻。
该教会最高立法机构在去年6月已经通过相关议案，但仍需171个教区的领导机构批准。
17日公布的投票结果显示，多数教区赞成将宪章中的婚姻定义从“一男一女之间”修改
为“两人之间，传统为一男一女”。
这一改变将于今年6月21日正式生效，之后美国长老会的神职人员可以在自愿的前提下
，为同性婚姻合法地区的同性伴侣主持婚礼。另外，曾因主持同性婚礼被教会处分的神
职人员，其处罚记录将被撤销。
支持婚姻平等的牧师布莱恩·艾利森(Brian Ellison)对上述决定表示欢迎，同时呼吁
教会成员求同存异、保持团结。
美国长老会拥有180多万信众，是北美地区最大的长老教会。

昨天收到notice， 信是给我的，纸上写着我的驾照信息，包括家庭住址
但是车子的owner是领导，这种情况需要处理吗？
因为朋友说driver如果不是owner不用理会，但是我驾照上的地址跟领导的一致，岂不
是穿帮
如果理会了会不会自投罗网？
请有经验没经验的都说说，第一次收ticket， 自知错了，但是交个500多刀实在心疼，

A 20-year-old man cut off his penis early Wednesday in Fremont with an X-
Acto knife, police said.
Officers were called to a home on the 4300 block of Mowry Avenue about 2 a.m
. by the man’s brother, said police Detective Bill Veteran.
The victim was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, Veteran said.
The reason for his action is unknown.

字，买的时候国内的银行就告诉说要存的时候我爸爸在最下面签名，我在“pay the
order to"处签名即可，全球通用。我自己也知道travelers check 几乎就是现金，没
想到引来下面一推麻烦。
结果newark这家的teller不知道如何处理，去问supervisor，supervisor是个烙印的哥
们，一看说不可以存，我不相信，打客服电话问说当然可以，只要双方都endorse就可
以，于是我继续和他们说，另一个小年轻说我们这里和你卡上的客服电话不一样，我给
你打我们内部的电话问问，一问说确实可以，但是那哥们说被告知要在“pay the
order to"处print出付给谁，然后签字，然后哥们又去告诉supervisor and manager，
一会返回来说“头说还是不行，因为你这个没有和一般支票一样的反面签字的地方，而
且你这个没有print给谁，我们一个月前有一个一样的case也不行",我彻底晕倒了（注

2010和ok cellular（ok传讯newark店, 6058 Mowry Ave, Newark）签了两年合约，其
中一条,You pay: $xxx
You rebates: $xxx($300 after 6 months, $xxx credit to bill with 24 months, $
xx upgrade credit)
一年后，发现以上$300 rebate没收到，然后发现newark店关门，找到san jose店(1701
Lundy Ave #180, San Jose)。
店员一开始说负责，但要先和一email联系。写了后，没回应。
再找，店员说他们也没电话，只有email。
后来说可以帮忙查查，一周后再问。
再后来就说，两家店只是共同打广告，财务独立。
现在合约已经过了1年半了。
我想问这小额法庭应该怎么做，有没有详细的文章介绍, 应该告谁。还有，我这只有现
sanjose店经理的联系 (据说原newark店经理xxx Song回国了):
