我删了刚才的帖子,是因为我发了帖以后去搜paper了,发现说错了。
(1)训练完了以后,第二天开始疼,多数情况下不是因为乳酸,而是肌肉纤维受伤,或
者起炎症反应。实际上,乳酸降解很快,不会停留很长时间。
很多人靠洗热水澡和按摩缓解疲劳和疼痛,但实际上不是消除乳酸堆积,实际上是帮助
肌肉修复伤害
