last year's games against pats. they play the same type of offense, running
game plus efficient passing game, a lot quick passes to underneath guys, flat
guys, and screens. colts d doesn't have the speed to counter this kind of

首先，我家老大今年十月份九岁，现在还是8Under组。在我看来没有专业的老师，都找
一些高中生教导基本都是酱油队。
我老大六岁进酱油队，因为不打酱油不知道这孩子游泳如何。我们5月底到8月初是小区
游泳队，一般游泳队在八月全部休息，秋天9月份到来年的五月份，又是offseason的游
泳队。
先说说offseason的那种游泳队，我们在酱油队待着，权当是锻炼身体，显然她游不游
小高中生都不会说啥的，这种情况，其实对刚开始游泳的孩子也挺好，但是非常不自觉
地孩子有可能一个小时啥都不游，老师也不会骂的，这样父母就应该考虑考虑了。
再说说小区游泳队，我要给小区游泳队点100个赞，因为我觉得小区游泳队给了孩子最
多的motivation。我们的小区游泳队叫Franklin Farm Froggers，这种游泳队在我们这
个地方上百个都不止。到了夏天，各大小区的游泳队都如火如荼的到处比赛练习。没错

先回顾一下Spurs这个夏天的主要动作,
Spurs在选秀中挑到了Rasho的Slovenia国家队队友PG Beno Udrih,
接着在后面的自由人市场上先是留下了自己的主要FA Ginobili, Bowen和Horry，
让土鸡去了奥兰多，然后从火箭队嘴下抢走了Brent Barry.
在这个物价横飞的夏天，
用低于市价的价格留下Ginobili这一手就足以给他们整个的夏天动作打A,
更不要说加入了Barry这个马刺最需要的3分射手了。
即使是不知名的Udrih, 也在前两周的欧洲杯预选赛上有出色的发挥，
和法国队的比赛中光满完全盖住Nachbar和Rasho，
不过好像后来就受伤了，没能在后面的比赛中完全发挥。
总的来说，给马刺offseason movement打分A+.
当然对于一只志在总冠军的球队来说，
offseason的球员流动调配只是起跑，
常规赛中战术安排与执行才是途中跑，
季候赛时主教练的斗智斗力则是最后的冲刺，
良好的途中跑是保证最后冲刺有力的关键。

如04赛季和05赛季。今年offseason这么长，还是很看好的。
季后赛拼的是对位，没有短板比有长板更重要。换CP3无疑是像正确
方向走的第一步。Howard一心想跟CP3或者DW打球，如果CP3换到湖人，
加上KB和LA的号召力，有很大可能来投奔。Mitch这个交易做得没啥问题，
只不过被Stern搞了。 |

真关注老邓好久了，没想到他现在的粉丝比以前多了那么多，邓肯自己也说他感到非常
的意外。作为一个饭了邓肯将近20年的老粉丝，我自然觉得我也有义务给偶像唐一篇，
但是一时没有动笔是因为不知道想要写成一篇什么样儿的。
我不想写成那种很伤感很情怀的，因为我觉得我一点儿都不伤感，我觉得很自然很平淡

were so out of shape that they had to lose like 20,30 pounds before they
could start any real training. Nowadays, players are much more disciplined
in off season, and most are ready to go on day one. Aaron Rodgers even
stayed in GB for the whole offseason, and the head coach said he had the
best offseason ever. Sounds like there is a new chip on his shoulder this

Raiders are expected to show some interest in free agent quarterback Matt
Schaub this offseason.
Technically, Schaub is still on the Houston Texans, but he will be released

季真打起来了，一周接一周临时准备不同的对手没法再根本扭转了。所以offseason的
问题绝对不是小问题，而且丫早就不是乳剂了，看看人家Carr那种好乳剂打球和领导球
队是什么样。在同一个体系里练了四年还连传球基本功都不肯练，包括对方接近之后第
一反应撒腿就跑这些恶习改不掉了，所以我才敢说三年以后CK只能比现在更差。 |
