而且实际上这几百年都是这样做的。
好多人讲暴力镇压什么的，其实我们基本还都是用智不用力的。
这几天看历史才知道，乾隆对新疆政策的英明。推荐大家去看看。
杨增新，盛世才（盛的大名是用暴力，细看历史也是智谋多过蛮力的）等等等等，都是
的。
令人扼腕的是这回，缠头远远outwit了我们的政府。
塔利班用做煽动的韶关谎言，我们这边竟然还配合着说。
这才是第一次过招，后面一招一式，我们全都败了。
好了，塔利班想要的图景完美构建起来了：
‘维族先遭到压迫，然后过激反抗。之后维汉乱杀成一团。
新疆已经不存在什么是非对错。’
这个图景已经被大众（可怕的是很多中国人）接受，缠头已经在宣传上大获全胜了。
一百年来中华文明的堕落颓坏终于看到了血淋淋的现实恶果。
维族的文明程度虽然低，但人家的masterminds都是大学教授级，还有基地组织全球智
囊给consult。
中华文明虽然高明。但我们这边净搞些肉瘤子文盲对阵。想不败也难。
而且现在回顾历史上的斗争，基本上都是以少胜多，以小博大。
弱的一方以智取胜，智力结合。

看到Julie和Austin两人那个样子，不由得想到自己高中时，后来上大学时以至于更大

喜欢对方。原来是这样子啊！那似乎可以解开许多从前发生的谜一样的事情了。也不知
道是应该得意还是失意。
我如果是Susan,也一样会跟她现在这样百口莫辩了。坚持了那么久，最后忍无可忍出墙
了，刚好这个时候Mike醒了。现在好了，就算Mike记得你是多么可爱又笨拙的女生，但

Amgen 公司试图开发的单抗药物宣布失败。该药品是抗 type 1 insulin-like growth
factor receptor，在细胞和动物模型中有理想的效果。而且，在动物
和细胞模型里面过表达IGF-1会导致癌细胞行为并能被该抗体抑制。
但是在phase III clinical trial中得到的数据表明该药物对病人身上的
多种癌症都没有疗效。
其他类似的单抗药物目前看来效果也不理想，研究者们认为大部分癌症（尤其是固体瘤
）的机理比较复杂，用单一靶点可能是很难抑制癌症的。而且在初期研究中使用的癌症
模型也不能被视为是真正的癌症例子。
另外几个公司目前在试图把 IGF-1R 和 insulin receptor一起阻断，看看能不能得到
更好的效果。
