请问我这样的要怎么提高速度？坚持跑个几年有希望进步到接近8的pace吗？

（pace 8:00）. 请问有经验的朋友，这个想法靠谱不？ 我感觉正式跑的时候会不会
有点鸡血效应，有陪跑的，有加油的，有敲锣打鼓的，扭秧歌啥的。
就怕跑快了到时候撞墙，所以问问大家，谢谢！ |

发帖数: 3053 | 4 看了大家的鸡血效应真是厉害啊。我自己跑全马8：30 Pace，全程Pace和心率基本没有
变化，每周50+，但是我只敢期待鸡血效应能有个30秒就高兴死了。对于鸡血效应的期
待还是低一点好，前面収一点，后面可以冲吗。要是期待太高，前面冲得太厉害，后面
就麻烦了。

发帖数: 347 | 5 我还有2周要搞首半马，跟了个12周的计划，基本上一周跑3-4次，包括一个interval,
一个tempo, 和一个long run，总量也就20多迈/周。我现在搞interval和tempo的时候
最高速度是7.2，pace大概8.3的样子吧。昨天在跑步机上搞long run 的时候前8个迈的
pace是10.3，心率一直稳定在127左右；接着4个迈是10.0，最后1迈9.3，心率逐渐上升
到147左右（我的最大心率估计是150-155的样子），跑完后还是很累的，中途没有喝水
吃gel什么的。我不知道到时候跑比赛的时候应该跟哪种pacer,想听听大家的意见。
我到目前为止还没有吃过gel,我有没有必要试一下呀？先谢谢伙伴们的回复。 |

候才能用7分pace跑个比中短跑长的距离，比如5-10mile啥的，就很满足了。即使这个
目标也感觉遥遥无期。 |

把你的pace 2:18/100米（用34:34游1500米折算）放到我那场半铁里，排名约为621/
826，就是25 percentile。
说明玩半铁的比玩奥运距离的总体水平高？ |

发帖数: 19210 | 10 又游完了一个Speedo Pace Club的Triathlon训练计划（8 weeks，24 workouts），最
后一个workout的10x 100m比两个半月前的同一个session平均快了8秒（1:52 -> 1:44)
，并且休息时间也缩短了，现在只休息9秒了。而上周五跟高教练和另一游友（前水球
运动员）游时，10x 100m on 1:50，我的平均pace为1:36（休息14秒）。这两月的进步
真是很显著啊！当然LAVA PANTS的功劳也非常大！

上周好像练得有点累，也可能是睡眠不足，周五早上没去，延后到周六晚。然后想了想
D指导推荐的训练计划，可能对我来说难了一些。昨天晚上看了看mitwrong 和水牛两位
分享的开水训练心得，开水游泳还是有很多说道是我不熟悉的。还有两周就要下水了，
决定还是把目标订在能够游下来，不追求速度，那么现在就主要要游长一点，建立信心。
今天还是按照D指导建议的100/200/400/800的距离游，不过不追求越游越快。不幸的是
，几次转身换侧呼吸以后，数圈数乱了。游完看手表距离不知道到底是它对还是我对，
姑且认为是它对吧。
各个session以及pace是：
1 x 200 2:19 warm up
3 x 50 drill
1 x 100 2:09
1 x 200 2:11
1 x 500 2:11
1 x 950 2:17
3 x 50 Cool down
感想是：
1、整个过程下来感觉比较舒服；
2、没有“后面怎么还有这么长的距离”的杂念，比上周能够更专注于动作上；
3、换气动作有进步，具体来说，两侧换气比较自如，气短的情况改善很多，偶尔在调

面还有cayenne，从s开始哪一个不比f pace强？连同级别最强都不是谈什么完美？
