发帖数: 192 | 1 刚买了一个小condo,熟悉的painter这几天有别的活，就用了一个新的painter.结果非
常糟糕，决定曝光，以免他人上当。要说明的是没有压他的报价，因为觉得差不多 （$
700 for 1 bedroom condo). 不好的地方如下。
1. 油漆质量非常糟糕。完全没有事先fix wall，连钉子都没取出来就喷油漆。墙上喷
得非常不均匀， 花一块白一块，有的底色都没盖住。有的地方油漆又太多，於在那里
都要滴下来。 卧室基本要全部重漆。
2. 一天完成说好两天的活，让我晚上7点验货。 说了第二天再看， 不行。当天一定要
拿钱。说有什么问题，当场fix/touch up.可是问题太多，根本不是touch up的事。
LZ很包子，被两个大男人堵在 condo里，还是给了钱。 吸取教训，我以后再也不会用
这个painter了。 |

我们是两种方法，一个是问买房子的agent,他们是本地人，又和什么装修啊之类的接触
多，一个是local的油漆店，他们有个list,你一打听painter，contractor，就会给你
一张。人不在会比较麻烦，因为他们一般都要看过房子之后才能给真正的quote。一定
要多联系几家，因为一样的房子，报价简直差太远，几倍的都有。还有一个教训是一定
要把哪里刷，用什么漆在quote的时候说清楚，我们的已经刷着刷着长了400刀了，sigh。 |

一直以为corel draw和corel painter是一个东西。原来一个是矢量图，一个是位图，
就跟ai和ps的差别一样。
看了看评论，说ps处理图片很好（当然也可以画图） painter仿真现实的作图场景，模
拟纯手绘，以及自带有很多强大的笔刷和各种颜料效果。基本现实中能够手绘的，
painter都可以模拟出。

就没什么好说的, 人家收这么贵, 做工肯定精细很多. 如果包了材料, 那更没什么好说

其实就算同一个人装修,你给他3500和7000, 做出来的活也肯定不一样.就比如我用的
painter, 是我同事极力推荐的,我看了他干活,的确非常熟手,很麻利,我对painting没
什么经验, 我同事一个地下室这个painter用了一天刷完, 我想着自己4个room4天应该
就够了, 后来发现,因为还有所有的窗的换新的trim+mold+hallway+all the closet+
all the inside doors+需要打磨的ceiling等等, 这些活都非常费时费工, 这个
painter紧赶慢赶, 用了5天刷完了, 他一点duct tape都没用(业余的做不到这点),不细
看, 边角还是painter很干净的,可细看之下,还是有些粗枝大叶,我那个老中装修师傅后
来来了趟(我们有些小东西自己搞不掂, 让他顺 |
