specialize a class, you must rewrite everything.
BTW, your case is not called "partial specialization". partial
specialization will still have template parameter. if you specialize for T->

"You can only issue a full refund for this transaction."
怎么会这样呢？应该怎么处理才好啊 |

May 28, nurse refuned $406 by partial refund from that original transaction.
(nurse is honest because unique transaction ID is there)
From then on, I still did not receive the refund of $406.
Called paypal twice and they are also curious and keep researching...
WTF.
不是我的错，就是运气差。
别人有类似的案例马？
建议：别partial refund 了，还不如从新pay. |

不是这样的，买方开了case，里面就有一选项是partial refund，但你填入金额后买家
无法accept it，会出现Invalid action，问过Paypal后是说现在已经不提供这个服务
了，如果要issue partial refund只能另外发给买家，但会有transaction fee。 |
