从哪里来的问题。没有合格的医疗人才就不可能有医生社会地位和收入的提高。中国整
体医疗水平低下是一个世界范围内没有争议的问题。而这一问题又和高等医学教育，住
院医生培训体制和学位制度息息相关。这也导致了对外国医生准入门栏极低（甚至没有
语言关），和美国形成了鲜明对比。

本来我就已经提过德语语法的性和格，但是德语的发音十分规则。而法语有它自己的问
题。从初学开始到后来，法语发音一直会是很大的问题。这个问题也影响了通过法语过
来的词汇。比如，像t这样一个辅音字母在英语词汇的结尾也会不读音。
第146、149和150贴里给出了最常用英语词汇具备的非常强的德语联系。

大约3%的有花植物含有吡咯里西啶生物碱（PAs）。目前从6000多种植物中分离发现了
660多种PAs及其氮氧化衍生物，其中一半以上为有毒生物碱。主要分布在菊科（千里光
属、狗舌草属、橐吾属及泽兰属）、紫草科、豆科（猪屎豆属、野百合属）。
我国常用含PAs的中草药有千里光、紫草、款冬、菊三七、鹤虱、泽兰、野百合、猪尿
豆、狗舌草、佩兰、山紫菀、天芥菜、羊耳蒜等。
《中国药典》、部颁标准、民族药标准收录含PAs成分的有【19种含千里光成分中成药
、69种含紫草成分中成药、56种含款冬花成分中成药、4种含菊科鹤虱成分中成药】
下文中的胡说八道的【性味/归经/功能主治】均摘抄于《中国药典》或《中华本草》。

问题专家坎贝尔•弗雷泽 (Campbell Fraser)博士在接受记者采访时表示，中国
在“反对器官贩卖全球峰会”上提出的“中国方案”是很好的，中国不仅在解决国内的
器官移植问题方面取得了进步，实际上也在帮助打击全世界的器官贩卖。
据悉，弗雷泽的主要研究领域是跨国人体器官贩卖，与包括世界卫生组织在内的各
国卫生官员、非营利组织以及执法部门合作打击人体器官非法交易。弗雷泽刚刚出席了
2月7日至8日由梵蒂冈教皇科学院举办的“反对器官贩卖全球峰会”。
弗雷泽告诉记者，他从2008年起开始监控全球器官贩卖的发展趋势，并走访世界各
地，采访了1000多名器官贩卖的受害者、购买者、中间商以及医生。“我的研究结果显
示，外国人来中国进行器官移植的趋势已经停止了。我相信中国的改变是真实的，也正
