Americans call a sweet potato a yam, until I read this co-ed. (I am familiar
with the former, which is the symbol of Taiwan)
To Ray629: When you said, "Yam is orange color while sweet potato is white
color," did yu mean skin or cross section?
A sweet potato is small but Yam, huge.

坚，什么东西都开始舍不得扔了。所以大家也不要笑话我啊，我觉得勤俭节约方面，我
进步了很多。
十磅的土豆，竟然在一个星期不到的工夫，就已经只剩下4，5个了。而且每天都会变着
法子烧土豆，吃得还美滋滋的。
今天要用土豆做面包了，本来要做hungarian potato bread，结果，做成了pugliese。
还好，面包味道很好。
方子还是ultimate bread的，具体操作过程，我改良了一下。
500 土豆，去皮。
2 tsp 酵母
375g面包粉
1 1/2 tsp 盐
1/2 tsp caraways seeds(此种调味品，我没有，所以没放)
土豆先下水煮烂，然后用搅拌机打成泥，最后用筛子过滤，为了让土豆泥更细腻。
酵母放入100ml的煮土豆的水（温热）中，放置5分钟。
面粉和盐混合均匀，中间挖一个洞，然后倒入溶解的酵母水，尽量在中间搅拌成很稠的
面糊，然后周围干粉仍旧放着，放置于温暖处，发酵20分钟。直到看到面糊涨高，并且
有泡沫。

基本没什么了解，特地来SD版上问问，希望各位Hiking达人能多多指教。
在网上搜到，有三条trail可以登顶Potato Chip Rock，一条是10 miles，from Blue
Sky Ecological Reserve，一条7.2 miles，from Lake Poway，第三条最短，仅3.6
miles，from Highway 67。我们不一定要爬到Mt. Woodson的最高峰，能到达这个薯条
石就行了。
我的问题是，这三条trail中，哪一条风景最好？
10 miles的这条有点长，（见笑了，我是一两年爬一次山的主儿），但如果风景真的比
另两条好很多，那就硬着头皮走这条。
第二条7.2 miles，距离还不错，很适合几个朋友一起过个有意义的周六，就是不知道
