如果不是vinyl，要看是什么材料。
siding上面有mold太正常了，如果是vinyl siding，powerwash时候先用zep house &
siding pressure wash concentrate接power wash洗，等10分钟，然后再用powerwash

前一段时间刚 powerwash 过，有些地方枪头离deck太近，表面给剥掉一沉，搞得颜色
不均匀了，重新油漆时应该能弥补吧 |

但是除非你特别handy,否则如果找contractor做，厨房回报率是80%，就是投资1块钱能
卖的时候拿回$0.80。bathroom是60%。具体数字可能不对，但大体上是这样的，我还没
有看到有回报率超过1的。
就像上面大家提议的，我的建议是首先里面要搞干净，打扫所有的油污灰尘，清洗地毯
，外面powerwash, 可以找劳模。还有就是整洁，所有该修的地方都修好，院子修缮整
齐，铺mulch. 其他的就看你的精力和钱了，如果很脏很破的话，可以刷墙，换水龙头
什么的，花钱不多。大动筋骨的的就不要搞了。

smooth after powerwash, the wood is kind of fuzzy if you know what I meant.
A spray only job is ok if you plan to sell the house soon (will look good),
but a back brush job will make it the paint job last just a few years longer.

房子是Alum/Steel Siding，主要是有点灰尘，外墙颜色浅，所以看起来有点脏。在ser
vice magic上找专业的清洗，好像下面的选项都不符合
Prepair painting
Remove pollution and fuel emission residue
Remove mold or moss
Remove oil or grease
Remove mineral or hard water deposits
是不是说不需要专业清洗？自己租/买个机器冲冲就行了？
可是看邻居自己powerwash，二楼的好像水冲起来不够力 |

也打不着，Costco买的Simpson 3024。换了油，加了有稳定剂的汽油，清了火花塞，
chock on and off试了无数回，胳膊都快拽掉了。

可能是上次的残留汽油变质了，因为量不大，所以没有到要到去honda dealer洗引擎的
地步。因为加了有安定剂的汽油，泡了几天，今天吧choke打开再试，就着了。是按照
引擎热起的步骤。冷引擎是choke off。本来是想发包子攒些RP，可是觉得可以借机了
解一下大牛们是如何解决的。可惜大家都比较昔言。包子也只能送出去一个。 |

在波士顿。找了个contractor quote了一下，大约770 sqft的drivway，
sealcoating with one coat of Tarconite sand mix applied by
squeege，要价230刀，加上25刀repair 25 ft minor cracks，
一共250刀。
请问大家一般做sealcoating多少钱？还有大约几年需要做一次？
做之前需要powerwash吗？做的话需要单独加钱。 |

我看到我的house背阳光面墙上有些mold,师傅说, 所有的house的北面, 就是从来没有

人工不贵. 我知道roof power wash是不能作的, 会减少3-4年寿命, 那个房子的所有

我查了下, 木头外墙的寿命是１００年, 但必须经常维护,
powerwash到是好办,mold一般长在低的位置,自己够的着, 就是有些要补漆的地方高,
然后颜色也不知到怎么配 |

用garden hose喷上去, 然后上1500 psi - 1800 psi power washer machine,用扇面?
我的是cedar siding , 不能用那么高的psi. |

I just power washed my deck, did not use bleach, the water just striped the
surface off (I don't have wood sidings though, so I can't say how well it
works for siding).
Experiment on one tile before you work on the entire wall. |
