发帖数: 244 | 1 刚刚把前房东告上小额法庭。被告是LLC，有两个registered agents，是夫妇俩，也是
出租房的owner。Serve notice的时候才知道wife刚去世，notice就serve给了husband
。几天后受到probate notice是对wife的estate的，这个notice的publication日期是
六月。根据我州法律，小额法庭的案件需要先进性调解，调节日期是九月底。根据
probate notice，creditor有四个月的时间去court file claim，否则永久无法file。
那么我们庭外调解的日期刚刚在4个月的范围内。
因为我们的被告是LLC，我读了半天这个probate notice，没有理解和我们有什么关系
。因为wife只不过是公司的agent，那么我们告LLC，她的死和我们没有关系，那么这个
probate notice也没有关系，对吗？
前房东charge我们moving out很多钱，伪造receipt，而且拒绝商量，直接把账目卖到

我5月份的review不好直接给了3个月的Probation, 然后我申请了整个7月的假期回国，
大概8月份回来后就决定让我走还是让我留。现在发现怀孕了2个月，想问一下应该现在
就告诉公司，还是等回来后再告诉。说实话我的这个probation是office politics的结
果，走或留我都不是很介意。走呢呆在家里把孩子生了，留呢赚点零花钱。我也不想用
怀孕要挟公司不能解雇我，就是想怎么做比较符合职场的规则。请求点建议！ 多谢！ |

实际是需要8年工作经验的，不过manager说会有一个transition的过程来让我慢慢接手。
今天收到Offer Letter，上面居然写了有90天的Probation Period，这样的Offer正常
吗？我现在的工作稳定，H1B，不过新工作工资涨了25%，但是这个Probation让我有点

hr告我performance很差，还列了很多他认为我不能令他满意的细节。丫的曾经拿一个
list考我一些十分刁钻的问题，你不做过根本不知道怎么回答，他现在把那个list拿出
来，说这些都是必须的知识。
HR现在让我签probation plan， 一个月时间，列了个list to improve， 然后review
决定是否fire我还是继续。
我其实已经不太在乎现在的工作已经开始找下家了。如果签了我还有一个月时间。 可
是签了这东西会不会对自己以后的职业生涯有影响啊？比如进到一个档案类似的里面，
以后的公司都会看到？
还是和hr周旋把probation的东西降到最低的坏影响，然后再签？

了这2年的GC probation，以后会重新照相并办永久性绿卡。
我是自己办的EB1-A，所以就问她：这个2年的probation GC，是针对部份人，还是针对
所有人？结果她说是针对所有人的。
她的这个说法对吗？以前只听说婚姻绿卡有2年一说，但自已办的1A，倒从未听说过。 |

low level jobs, like support, office assistant, etc. Basically, there is a
higher chance for 'bad' people applying those jobs because of lack of

经理也是中国人， 当时办H1B什么的他出力不少，我对他是很感激地。由于都是中国人
， 平时相处很随便，我自我感觉和他关系相处得很融洽。 这个星期因为一点小事我在
他面前说了点重话，结果他居然跑到HR，小头，大头那里告我的状，说我经常不尊重他
的决定，有些陈芝麻烂谷子的我都忘记发生什么了的他都记得一清二楚。最后HR给了我
一个 warning notice， 说我有90天的probation period，让我签字。我很无奈的签
完字，请了事假打道回府了。
我正在考虑是否自己主动辞职。 这件事得到的一个深刻教训就是，不要把经理当亲人
，特别是那些平时表现的非常友善的经理。说实话，如果他平时对我跟美国人一样淡淡
的，我什么都不会说，什么都不会讲， 就是工作同事关系。 可惜平时他表现得太友善
，我真没有想到他会是背后捅刀子的人。我自己有不对，比较情绪化，可是他是很了解

确实ENS要求你一直在雇佣单位工作,所以如果见习期没过就给开了,签证的validity就
成问题了
但这不构成不approve的条件,除非签证官严重怀疑你可能过不了probation或者对澳大
利亚劳动力市场来说你还不属于不可缺少的

给的通知是10月27日前必须把单子寄回法庭。
违章代码1180D，扣4分的级别。
因为八月份刚从外州搬过来，不太清楚在纽约州speeding的严重性，所以一直没管。今
天去问了学校免费法律援助的律师，感觉比想象中严重得多。我超速的地点离家很远，
律师无法代我出庭。
1. 之前不知道纽约驾照有Probation，期间违章会被吊销。参加路考的新司机都会知道
，但我的驾照是从外州转到纽约的。不知道像我这种情况如果plead guilty会被吊销驾
照吗？ DMV网站上只写了路考得驾照的新司机的情况。
2.我问了律师，尽管已经过了48小时（plead not guilty需要在接到单子后的48小时内
寄出），但律师还是信心满满说这种事情见得多了，在27日前寄出去就行，plead not
guilty. 大家觉得我应该plead guilty吗？

是啊是啊，就是很小的一件事， 我去找他谈问题，说起另外一个同事的事情， 他问我
怎么知道，我告诉他公司网页上有， 他说他从来没有时间看这些东西，我想起他平时
经常有意无意的说起他们都很忙，好像我很闲似的，就语气加重了说，我用的也是自己
的时间看的，在办公室呆9个小时，只拿8个小时的钱，有一个小时的午休时间我总可以
看看这些东西吧。就自己走了。
他随后跑来我办公室问我怎么回事，这样他说我甩脸色个他看， 我就告诉他他这样说
